Above all, the focus on client relationship is paramount and seems embedded into the culture within the Applearn team, this is complimented by their relentless approach to delivery.

What do you dislike about the product?
Limited dislikes as it's mostly a positive experience. Any challenge faced with the plugin is quickly rectified or a solution found.

Developing just in time delivery of system guidance and support to ensure employees and managers have the information at their fingertips when they need it most.

A simple tool to help your organization
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, for both Admins and end-user. And powerful analytics tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some bulk management in the admin side would be an improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help end-users with different tasks in our Cornerstone system. Especially helpful with more complex tasks, like performance review.

I love that you can have the help you need where and when you need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't like that you can't have an overview of the separate categories from your media settings.
For example, if I have media for Poland in Polish, I'd like to be able to visualise this somewhere within Adopt. Right now you can only access each media item individually and/or playlists, e.g. Hire. I might have hire available for different countries and in different languages, but there's not a way to get an overview of for example what docs Spain can currently see regardless of playlists. If Spain had documents in hire, this could be displayed here, but also other documents they might have configured but within a different playlist. There's definitely room for improvement there.

We haven't been able to fully implement AppLearn as we are still having issues reaching all our population.

The relationship management is good - with a good two-way dialogue and understanding of each others issues

As a relatively new organisation in this space their lack of market presence can be a hindrance

A product that works well with our systems

What do you like best about the product?
Having control over our content is important. New functionality is added regularly, so this let's us adjust editing and publishing of support materials as we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
You could remove the requirement to re-publish when a document is being replaced. That's the only thing I can think of that seems unnecessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New systems, especially where online services have previously been done off-line is always difficult for people as the change affects them at different times. The fact that the in-system help is always there whenever people access the system is a huge benefit. It has definitely allowed us to cut down on repetitive training events.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely a great way of keeping training and assistance materials where you need them. The additional website 'library' of our materials, which is access out-of-system, has been enormously useful in promoting the in-system content to staff.
Benefits of AppLearn
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to integrate the ADOP platform in many places of the organization. The account team is extremely knowledgeable and takes a business partnership approach
What do you dislike about the product?
Access to all of the tools and features. The cost is often high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment AppLearn was being used for content hosting but was going to be used for Workday processes by utilizing smart pages

Identify best approach within the organization and what tools you will need. Not all of AppLearn will be beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
Nexthink is very easy to use. I always get an immediate reponse.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn’t like that I wasn’t able to get a free trial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to solve my IT problems on my own.
A good solution for effortless IT management
What do you like best about the product?
Graphical representation and option of raising alarm for any critical activity is very useful
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very expensive, there are other tools which are free and can be customised at our own need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is being used TO monitor NETWORK traffic and server management. The graphical representation is good and there are multiple options which could be used.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is all online and I do not have to wait for someone to come help fix my problems. I always have an immediate response!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that a free trial would have been nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving my IT problems which Nexthink has been great!
