Great for Submission!
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. You don't have to be a professional to create forms with Submittable. If you know how to crate form through drag and drop then submittable is perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downloading application process is a bit tedious. Only the file uploads can be downloaded. The application itself needs to be able to be saved as DOCX or PDF. At the moment, I have to manually copy and paste the application into Word.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can easily create forms and have people submit and upload files into submittable.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, easy to manage for applications and reviewers.
What do you dislike about the product?
for additional options (such as branching) was not clear and I had to call tech support. Cloning questions would be a nice feature for items that have branching, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We hold competitions where we need applications and reviewing capabilities. I have used many other systems and Submittable is the easiest to navigate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The price is great and you can downgrade and upgrade per month, based off of users. So months that you know won't have much activity, you pay nothing but the site is still open to use. Other systems were on an annual basis and you had to pay a base rate.

the ease of use in managing pitches and sharing feedback with the rest of my team
What do you dislike about the product?
the UI for the rest of the functions gets buried and confusing. it took me a while to figure out how to find the right page to edit our site's overall guidelines/profile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its a central place for team members to view pitches on a web-based platform.
Multiple dashboards make things go
What do you like best about the product?
We use wizehive for our very complicated scholarship program, over 50 different criterias and wizehive has made out process much more efficient with automatic sorting, multiple review options, and easy to use interface that we can update text when we need to. Support staff are the best!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few clunky things about it, but WizeHive staff are open to looking for solutions, short term and long term
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to reduce our turnaround time on reviewing grants and other applications and can easily manage up to 200 users reviewing applications. We save time and we have saved money with having one platform for all of our programs
