What do you like best about the product?
the employees of skedify have the necessary skills and experience to ensure that everything runs smoothly
What do you dislike about the product?
No big problems so far. Just that synchronisation works one-direction in the beginning, so we had a few double appointments. No big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased accessibility for customers gives us a professional image and lowers barriers for potential customers

What do you like best about the product?
Once all parameters are defined it 's easy to use and easy to manage your appointements.
Easy to modify if necessary.

What do you dislike about the product?
For central planning tool, in the beginning you have to make sure that all input is correct. Doing this for 100 shops takes a while. Nevertheless once done easy to maintain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interesting to use because of Covid 19 restrictions regarding opening(hours) of shops.
Video integration through Teams also possible, this particularly interesting and a goor alternative in this times of Covid when clients not prefer to visit our offices.

What do you like best about the product?
I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of use to change the settings and book an appointment.
The automatic communication process obviously saves everyone time.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning we had some synchronization issues between calenders, but that was fixed within a reasonable time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time saved at making the appointments, we can spend on extra commercial activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Skedify has a wide range of possibilities. A calendar to set up a physical meeting, to call someone back, or to organise a video call. Many solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
One point of attention is the speed for making any adjustments to the systems. Sometimes these remain lying around for months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In times of Covid-19 we wanted to avoid people form visiting our offices. Now they can book a timeslot using Skedify.

What do you like best about the product?
We were most satisfied with how the skedify employees got to know our company and thought about our way of working. They empathized with our situation and went in search of the needs of our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need to think about that ... There is nothing negative that comes to mind right now. Because if something was not technically possible, people thought about how we could solve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our customers can now book appointments with our employees in all our offices in a very user-friendly and clear manner. This provides clarity for our staff and for our customers. There are no more unnecessary queues and everything can run safely and healthy in our offices, given COVID19.

We can also consult and manage the agendas more efficiently back-office.

In addition, we gain insight into what our members come to our offices for, since a subject must be selected for each appointment. This provides usefull statistics.

What do you like best about the product?
It was possible to deploy Pexip to our AWS server without much hassle. It combines several video conferencing programs on one platform. This is convenient because as a consulting firm we deal with many other companies which use a lot of different softwares for videoconferencing. Joining conferences is easy and you have enough possibilities to work collaboratively. The recording function also works without problems and can be played on any device at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we often have to show program functions, it would be an advantage if we could control the other person's PC remotely. It is often very cumbersome to tell people verbally what to do and it unnecessarily prolongs this process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Videoconferencing across multiple platforms, since our clients use different conferencing software. This platform enables us to create and join video conferences in a faster and more convenient manner.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about PEXIP is the ability to host a meeting across all platforms from your cell to your PC/Mac and even the video phones from Yealink etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
When recording with Youtube, I need the requirement to minimize the "Show Self View" window, top right, so that the recordings are in full view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As there is no download required, folks can watch the conference from practically any device that has video ability.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They give you a trial period that is helpful and the knowledgebase is good.

Underdog in videoconferencing software

What do you like best about the product?
Pexip is really easy to use, you do not need to download any software since it works also through your browser. This works also surprisingly good on mobile devices. Their customer service is really good and kind if some issues arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
They lack some features that other competitors have, for instance it would be nice to be able to remote control the others computer device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a conferencing software that is reliable and easy to use, and most importantly reasonable priced.
