great unique platform for video conferencing experience
What do you like best about the product?
It a great software which is all-rounder in terms of organizing and joining meeting with your mates. It even doesn't require heavy hardware.
What do you dislike about the product?
My major dislike is that multiple people can't share their screen at one time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving problem of connecting with my teammates while everyone is working from home. Its hand-raising feature helps in maintaining discipline.

-Pexip calculates the cost based on the number of video devices deployed & that's confusing for most businesses.
-Pexip interoperability requires password enabling & external users might be reluctant to do the same due to security concerns.

Pexip has the best video technology & it enabled us to connect with external users without having to place another call on a different platform this saving much time & resources.

What do you like best about the product?
For conducting high-quality video conferencing or online meetings, this video conferencing software is incredibly adaptable and expandable. The Pexip crew was attentive and helpful during setup, get-up, and running. On any device, at any time, the recording function operates without a hitch.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if we could remotely operate someone else's PC because we frequently need to demonstrate how an application works. Poor sales, strategic engineering, and technical leadership despite a fantastic idea for video conferencing software. Passwords are enabled, which may raise security issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform provides high-quality videos and is remarkably easy to use. Consequently, my business grows. I hardly ever find any problems with Pexip, but if I had to complain about anything, it would be the price, which can be reduced (after a month-long trial), and maybe only a really fast internet connection for maximum performance.

1)Another issue is that the firewall can be challenging to configure for specific applications, such as streaming media, which require specific ports to be opened.
2)The firewall can also be challenging to configure for certain types of traffic, such as peer-to-peer traffic, which can be blocked by default.
3)Finally, the firewall can be difficult to configure for certain types of users, such as those who need to access the Internet from multiple locations. This requires the firewall to be configured to allow access from multiple IP addresses.

Pexip is solving most video call and zoom meeting problems. It's too easy to use and provides excellent quality video. It helps me to grow my business.

It can store the conference recording on a local or cloud-based server for future use. Additionally, it allows participants to modify sessions to improve their meeting experience.

It cannot be integrated with email communication platforms like MS Outlook or Gmail; coordination can occasionally be complex. Although the video quality of this program is excellent, it might be upgraded to 1080p with more improvements.

1)Pexip is one of the best tools in video conferencing and is trusted by organizations as prominent as NASA, Intel, IBM, etc. It has revolutionized the realm by providing great flexibility, interoperability, and integration to different enterprise environments.
2)The cloud service, Infinity is very reliable and well-supported. And has great compatibility with software such as Skype and MS teams for business.
3) In comparison to cisco Webex and zoom there are lot of tools but they are required only when mission critical.

1)Sometimes it can be a hassle for an individual from a non-IT background as so many options and configurations can inundate a new bee, especially from non-IT backgrounds.
2)Configuration in the firewall can be a problem since it varied from one version to another. It does not appear in the list of applications allowed in Foreclient, it has to be added manually.

Pexip allows our organization to connect instantaneously in need of the hour, so much bottlenecking can be avoided with the help of its real-time anywhere video conferencing feature that it's become monumental in our daily operation. We are using this App for the daily team meeting.
We are scheduling training and knowledge transfer sessions and recording, once training is over we are sharing the recording links with the traine.
