Long-Time User, Big-Time Fan

What do you like best about the product?
I like its ease of use. Since I started using it, it has been straight forward as far as use and implementation. I use it daily and appreciate how easy it is to integrate with other tools as well. I use many features to generate interest in my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that the reports take an extended time to update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the need to have continued outreach to prospective clients.

Outreach is user friendly and easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and user friendly. Outreach helps me to stay on top of important matters.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I complete a task there is no possibility to schedule another task with the same lead. It will move immediatly to the next contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales outreach to potential customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I use it everyday as a salesperson. It get the job done. I think the UI is cleaner that Salesloft but apollo is a bit better. Customer support is passable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've used apollo.io and salesloft before and this has got to be the worst software when it comes to importing contacts from Salesforce. I've lost hours of my life doing this extremely simple task. A task that is a no brainer on other platforms I've used.

This drawback more than cancels out all of the positives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For making calls and scheduling emails

What do you like best about the product?
variety of ways to manage leads, such as adding sequences, sending direct emails and meeting invites, follow up reminders, all the necessary basics.
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the menus such as on the sequence, the primary home page where your sequence show
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helping me cut time on generating emails and follow ups, with their new AI addition

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface of Outreach is far superior than competitors on the market. It works great with Salesforce and has great deliverability.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could use more customization around reporting and it would be nice to be able to have multiple mailboxes. Lacks some features that newer platforms have incorporated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach made prospecting simple and allowed us to stay up to date on account management

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to call/text/email through Outreach in a much more simple UI. Being able to quickly access recording of teammates is helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could more easily log call notes during the call and that it would keep up with my typing speed. Sometimes it lags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach makes using Salesforce easier for our team and makes call coaching and deal follow up much easier.

Outreach made it Simple

What do you like best about the product?
Easy UI with easy integrations and constant upgrades

It oddly log outs sometimes and takes time even after going through SSO

Easy to use and modern design

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the user interface of Outreach. I have used several tools like Outreach in other sales roles and this tool easily has the best interface out of all of them. Other tools are clunky and outdated in their design but Outreach is simple to navigate and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more ways to filter through tasks. I work in a high volume environment and sometimes it would be super helpful to filter through certain tasks and task types so that I can work them in groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in a high volume environment and need a way to organize all of my outreach tasks. This paltform makes it super simple and easy to do all of that in one place.

Outreach isn't for Hubspot CRM users.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the sequences, triggers, rulesets.
What do you dislike about the product?
- They don't have native Hubspot CRM integtration and the current integration is via Hubspot and Hubspot isn't trying to solve the sync issues with Outreach integration on their end and Outreach has no clue about it.

- The Hubspot<>Outreach sync breaks once in every two weeks and it scans through all the records and all the contacts and accounts created during that time will not be synced until the full scan is completed and its affecting BDs productivity.

- Been seeing alot of issues with Outreach recently. The emails fail all of a sudden and we have to keep checking Outreach failure section all the time. It says the email failed due to inbox sync failure. But, other one-off emails go.

- Small issues were unresolved over a period of time like Sequence stats bulk export, emails, emails sent on Admin behalf instead of the actual user,

- Outreach is not meant for small teams with less than 30 BDs and have a Hubspot CRM.
