What do you like best about the product?
Outreach gives me the ability to focus on optimizing speed to value for interested prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think its more of an SFDC issue saving work as Outreach adjusts an object in the background. So maybe the issue is the seamless and realtime update and save capability between the two products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead touch process has been simplified.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Outreach is the intuitive layout. Rarely do I struggle to navigate where I need to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prospect search frequently lags or has trouble locating the correct prospect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing leads is a breeze. The benefit of tagging them has increased efficiency on how we target prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Outreach frequently adds new features, and they do a phenomenal job of providing video tutorials of how to use them. Responsive support team also.

What do you like best about the product?
Great UI/UX -- very intuitive, easy to use and navigate, and metrics/tracking are set up in such a way that allows us to become more effective and efficient with both inbound and outbound sales.
Customer support is always fast and responsive, and always willing to get on a call (which not all companies do!)
LOVE the chrome extension and being able to set reminders/followups/tasks (I use this religiously).

What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes bugs here and there, but as I mentioned, support usually takes care of these pretty quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increase conversion rates of signups to demos.
Additionally, how to create the perfect cadence with the right types of "touches" and messaging, as well as A/B testing the latter.
We've been able to consistently fine tune our messaging and increase email responses through custom sequences for each of our target "personas"

Outreach for outbound emails
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can track other team members' emails so we know who everyone else has reached out to. We also use it to automate things like follow ups, next steps and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for there to be a way to track the stage an account is in, rather than just tracking the stage of individuals within an account. However, the Outreach team has added a couple features for account-based sales and it looks like this feature is in the pipeline (*fingers crossed*).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to streamline outreach to new/potential clients and keep everyone on our team up to date on the status of those clients. We also needed a way to follow up with existing clients as they move through our integration process. Outreach has been a helpful tool to make sure we're following up with clients and not double-tapping new leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely would recommend outreach, especially if you're looking for an easy way to automate follow up emails & tasks, in addition to keeping communication open with other team members.
Awesome tool, needs some reliability upgrades
What do you like best about the product?
Great interface that allows for significant functionality. Allows you to both completely automate and semi-automate campaigns by adding a prospect to a sequence after a few personalized messages. The task interface is also extremely helpful and easy to use, especially the functionality to automatically create a call task after a certain number of opens on an email. Overall, a huge upgrade from our last tool and has added significant value to our sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main dislike is that the platform is not reliable. There have been many instances where certain essential features will stop working for indefinite amounts of time and Outreach has not always been quick in providing a solution or communication. If that platform worked perfectly 95% of the time I would give it 9-10 stars but in my experience, it only works seamlessly for a week or two at a time before something breaks.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to send ABM specific emails in a strategic fashion with all the different variable features outreach provides. The ability to schedule emails if HUGE especially if you're sending emails in different time zones. Also the scalability and adoption is seamless and easy to teach.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a way to organize profiles so that a user can be complete private/ unseen from other users. Also the reports are sub-par. IF there was a way to specifically get insights on each sequence and template effectiveness (% wise), that would be useful.

Generating targeted ABM emails in order to drive pipeline for the sales organization

What do you like best about the product?
Automatic functionality allows you to set everything up once and not worry about pushing send down the line. The lack of worry when having emails sent out really allows you to focus on follow up with high value targets and making more customized approaches to close business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the product can be a bit daunting to first time users, especially if you are used to any of their competitors. The have designed the software to be so open that anyone can execute on their own individual style but this leaves some room for error in interpretation/confusion on new users. Because it's so open, there can sometimes be several ways to accomplish one action. This is something that they are currently working on and I have the utmost confidence that they will create a more streamlined experience for all end users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking to continue creating large lists of clients at some of the biggest global enterprises. These emails are very tailored and customization throughout the sequence. Outreach has allowed us to continue making emails as customized as we need while keeping sending easy. Our volume has been kept at the same level with more ability to customize based on functional area and interests.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Every iteration of the product gets better, their team gets more responsive/attentive and I'd absolutely recommend them to any sales Org.
Good, but some bug issues
What do you like best about the product?
Templates, step by step emails (i.e. automation, set and forget), easily pull people out of any step as needed without having to start the sequence over again.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some bugs periodically. Wish it was easier to bulk email.
Limited integration with SFDC - not the best when it comes to tracking everything or annoying that it doesn't sync notes from calls to SFDC so I stopped using it for call sequences.

Storing templates, reaching out to customers on a consistent basis, staying organized through out a sales cycle/ prospecting.
I personally have used Outreach at two companies - OneLogin and Peek. I thought it was a really useful sales tool for prospecting and making sure you're following up with potential customers as needed. It was especially useful for nurturing campaigns because I could create templates and set them up for months out. I'd love to still be using it but at Peek, we started running into spam issues with mass emailing and they removed Outreach as we were doing more cold calling outreach than emailing anyways.
Overall, Outreach was a helpful sales tool and I'd like to use it again in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
That is allows me to reach out to triple the people I have been able to hit in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the automated emails send at times that aren't the best, but we are working on that.

This allows us to stay on top of prospects without having to actually write and email or check a reminder.
