Outreach helps us work smarter

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to prioritize leads, A/B test campaigns and form templates to best communicate messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. The product will periodically lag while updating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We shorten our lead conversion lifespan by drilling down our messaging with the data Outreach provides. As an engagement platform, Outreach has helped my team become more productive by A/B testing campaigns and prioritizing follow ups based on lead interest. This has allowed us to become more intentional in our conversations and conversions with our lead base.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
New features are being constantly updated. Look through the additional content, tutorials and information for best practices created by the Outreach team to to help get you up to speed on effectively using the product. Don't be afraid to reach out to the team with any issues you might have.

What do you like best about the product?
I like to use the templates with tokens and the sequences. In sales, you send a lot of the same emails day in and day out. Outreach helps you become more efficient with your time. I love the new dashboard view that just came out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish they would improve is how you can sort through all the different tasks you have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This program/solution allows you to be more efficient with your time. It also provides a sense of professionalism because it eliminates the risk of typos or errors in emails. You have greater visibility into your pipeline and prospecting efforts when using Outreach.

Very Useful but needs some work with the bugs

What do you like best about the product?
I love the outreach everywhere extension! It makes it nice to update contact info while I'm answering emails and scheduling out other emails. It is good for staying organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the feature of automatically adding contacts for me. We have to manually delete them ourselves in order to be able to update the original contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software makes content marketing smooth. We contact hundreds of companies daily without having to manually create individual emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I get notified every time someone opens up my emails that I sent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are glitches and it un-syncs or I open the email and it shows that it has been opened until I realize it was me and not the client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for sending out emails to clients that I am selling products too. It is important because I can see when the client opened up the email and I can then call them and make sure they received it and follow up with my sales.

Outreach Saves Me A Ton of Time

What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE the Chrome extension that Outreach offers. It helps me prospect 2x faster by dropping in outbound prospects into personalized campaigns straight from Salesforce. It puts me at ease knowing that those folks who don't respond right away will receive the second touch and it's not on me and my memory to remember to follow up when a prospect doesn't respond right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more personalization available. Outreach can be a bit buggy occasionally (send out an email even after the prospect responded).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to expand the number of leads I'm able to work and cut down the time I'm spending on mindless busy work within my job. I can use that time to craft more personalized first touches for outbound campaigns or dedicate that time to prep for our phone conversations. Especially when following up to schedule a next step - Outreach saves me a ton of time by allowing me to just drop a prospect into my campaign.

What do you like best about the product?
The templates and integration with SalesForce
What do you dislike about the product?
It is somewhat unreliable. It constantly logs me out without my knowledge and their is no easy way to log back in. You can hit the Outreach Everywhere icon in Chrome and it does nothing. The other issue is that when they release anything new it seems to be an issue on my end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps automate a lot of emails that are sent out. You can schedule emails with minimal effort and track everything in salesforce. Really helps save time and increase the tracking of information with potential / actual clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great system with obvious limitations. If you need an easy to use automated tool with a good integration with SalesForce it is great. As a stand alone email tool or an extension on Chrome it is a bit clunky. Lots of room to grow with the Outreach Everywhere.

Saves me time!

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences! They allow me to follow up with users automatically. Because of this, i've been able to engage so many users which has been incredibly valuable. I'm not sure how I did work before without Outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It does exactly what it should. The platform is easy to learn and implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most people don't respond to the first email, or even the second. With Outreach I can follow up as many times as I want with a sequence I build and the best part is that it happens on it's own. I also love that Outreach will set a task for me if someone is viewing my emails repeatedly or if they haven't gotten back to me.

This is a great product with lots of uses.

Great Product, Makes workflow much easier

What do you like best about the product?
At first we were sending large volumes of email, but the real value lies in the ability to create complex sequences based on persona's with the ability to use information from CRM to send relevant messages to large numbers of people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like for outreach to incorporate a user flow based on prospect roles so that you could dump a bunch of prospects into a sequences and then have them automatically undertake different paths based on the role and title.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are using outreach to expand the impact of each SDR. Scaling their reach, and effectiveness without taking more time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't Batch and Blast. Create Personalized sequences for important prospects.

Great for ABM, could be better for prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
I love that outreach enables our teams to create specific sequences for contacting prospects. We used to use software that only allowed for one-offs. It was a very inefficient way to reach contacts. With sequences we are able to create call tasks and check metrics for entire sequences, seeing what subject lines begin to lower open rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do like the outreach everywhere plugin, especially combined with sales navigator. However-- I believe it could be much more efficient in sales navigator. For example: Lets say you search a specific set of metrics in Lead Builder and want to add 20 people from the results that show up. Currently, you would have to click on every profile one by one and push them to salesforce. It would be much more efficient to be able to select those 20 individuals and add them all at once.

Also-- I don't currently have a way to track every individual currently active-- NOT emails sent per day. This is a feature you guys have but for whatever reason as I am on my client's salesforce and not IST's I don't have a way to track this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are increasing our efficiency in contacting prospects, as well as being able to track how an entire touch sequence performs overall.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is already a great tool for ABM... much better than Engagio's newer product which we have also reviewed. I would continue along this path while also not closing yourself off from companies that don't use ABM approaches. You have an amazing product!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the sequence feature on outreach -- it saves me a ton of time and makes sure that we don't have to worry about follow up because it does them automatically. Definitely an excellent product that seems to work really well.

I also love the support that we get -- we've run into a handful of problems in the past and Brittany has been great about being available by phone/email to get them squared away and explain new features to us. The support is definitely appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had lots of trouble with the outreach plugin in Gmail. Not outreach everywhere (the extension), but there's a switch that you flick within Gmail that, when turned on, was pretty buggy and dropped a bunch of our emails. We got on the phone with Brittany and she advised us to turn it off, and things have been working fine just then.

Additionally, we've observed issues with Outreach emails not syncing to our Salesforce instance, but that could certainly be a problem on our side with the connectors we established.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an SDR, we're working on creating the most compelling messaging to optimize our open and reply rates. Outreach makes it really easy to monitor the success and failures of different messaging by using different templates.

Again, as I mentioned earlier, the automatic follow ups are also incredibly helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend outreach to others considering email tools / outreach in particular. I think that it's a really good product and it's definitely headed in the right direction.
