What do you like best about the product?
I haven't been using outreach much. Marketing team seemed to like some of the tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Conflicted with one of our current email automation software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Was looking for a way to send out mass emails.

What do you like best about the product?
In my role, well-timed communication with customers is crucial: for education, onboarding, upsells. Analytics show me what works and what doesn't, A/B testing lets me optimize for success. It's been totally indispensable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything that I would change about it, honestly. It would add tremendous value if I could to automatically log events to salesforce through my calendar (like Yesware extension does).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Outreach I can create a strategy for my communications ahead of time, send correspondence automatically -- and never miss a follow-up.

What do you like best about the product?
It works for you, all while you can get other work complete.

It is a huge time saver and I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, i dont have anything I dislike.

It is easy to use and easy to teach to others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business problems that I am solving is more outreach to prospective clients.

I like how you can can personalize the e-mails with titles etc...

What do you like best about the product?
It helps to keep me organized. It's simple and easy to use but it lets me know exactly where I left off with a lead. I would be lost without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more options in the drop down menu regarding my contact. Those limitations might be on our company's part though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for organization of leads. It does exactly that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This has been a huge asset for me. It's an all in one business organizer that helps me to stay on track and be persistent with my leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Being in business development, Outreach makes email and calling campaigns very easy. Outreach also integrates very well with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues so far with outreach. Outreach continues to improve its software.

Keeping up with potential leads has never been easier since I started using Outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
- Saves time, helps make tasks less monotonous - increases quantity of prospects I am able to go after at one time.
-Lots of analytics to look for AB testing
- Overall helpful as long as you are organized and your team is on the same page
What do you dislike about the product?
- Confusing language for some features
- Seems like some features are released before they are finished.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Was using it for account development and prospecting. Have noticed increase in productivity due to increase in quantity of prospect hearing from me at any given time.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage tasks in 360 view and know what needs to be done for the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional errors on prospect upload that give no explanation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have much structure prior to implementing Outreach. Now the structure is there and the processes for prospecting are more straight forward.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Outreach auto tracks everything across myself and my outreach, as well as across my team. I don't have to set up any tracking in advance, or create sharing abilities, it's all out of the box and makes collaboration very easy. We are a team of 14 spread out across 3 time zones, so it's not always easy to get face time with each other in terms of what's working and what isn't, but Outreach makes it easy for me to jump in and within minutes, find out what's working for others, and get it set up and sent out for myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflow between tasks/360 view, and moving between a prospect back to an account can sometimes be tricky. I have found that there are some workflows that aren't very well accommodated by Outreach, but I have been able to adjust my workflow to work better for Outreach. Not ideal, but it's a solution and just a way of doing things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team and I are actively using Outreach on a daily basis to power all outbound outreach efforts. We are effectively sharing best practices, templates, sequences, and collaborating more on outreach. We also have a better understanding of what isn't working, and are using automatic emails more and more, making follow ups much easier and mindless. So far, we have set 6 meetings through the auto followups; we've gotten a positive response to a meeting ask and didn't even remember that the email was going to be sent out. Big win for us.
