Outreach makes us efficient at what we do.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is very easy to use with great integrations into Salesforce. It's really easy to quickly sequence a handful of leads to a desired sequence and then work through your sequences in a systematic fashion. It allows our team to be more efficient and target more leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transferring tasks mid-sequence requires a lot of weird quirks. We had a point in time where we were short staffed and numerous SDRs were covering multiple territories. When we hired new SDRs we wanted to transfer leads mid-sequence to new people, but we found that very difficult to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've used other tools in the past, but Outreach is much more streamlined application. We've realized increased productivity and number of leads we can reach through a clean and easy to use interface. We've built a process around Outreach and it's helped us target more leads in less time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are many tools out there that help with lead sequencing, my advice is to try them for yourself and see what works best. We found that Outreach had the right mix of ease of use and functionality to suit our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The gmail and SFDC integrations help me run my business on a day-to-day bases. With any tool like Outreach, integrations are a key aspect of my job a time saver. Also, being able to track my customers enables me to have timely follow ups and provides needed context.

Additionally, having sequences readily available with open and response rates gives me insight into what's working in my territory and verticals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limit on emails and emails I send via Outreach getting stuck in my outbox can be a huge hassle on my day and deals. This is the main feature I dislike and can be incredibly frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insight into my emails enables timely follow ups helping move the sales process along and close bigger deals quicker. It also helps me constantly fine tune my outreach tactics as I have context to what's getting responses and what isn't.

The benefits is it helps me close more deals!

What do you like best about the product?
ability to keep track of tack and ability to integrate with other softwares. also the outreach university available on the website really helped get me set up for my first day of work!
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the sequence processes are not intuitive (getting to my sequence buckets) the step to get there sometimes dont make sense (especially to a very new user like myself - 2.5 weeks)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping track of potential customers and profiling them before even reaching out. ability to keep track of where the potential customer is in this process is the benefit I realized
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its really easy to integrate with other softwares. Sometimes the incoming calls are lost so make sure there is a backup plan to receive calls

Good for Mass outreach

What do you like best about the product?
The system works well for mass outreach. It saves me time by being able to tackle all of my clients quickly. I also like being able to look at the data and stats associated with the mass outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX doesn't work well for writing email copy within the platform. Deleting characters effects the spacing. I just write emails in a doc and cut and paste to outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass emailing, saves time. It took me a lot of time writing individual emails and using my outlook to manage them all. The platform helps track opens, link clicks, and the opt out feature is very helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The UX needs to be more clean. Having to reload, and constantly update info and save is cumbersome. Plus, I can not write emails or edit email copy within the platform, The form used is wonky, and when i try and delete words or paragraphs it effects the entire spacing of the copy, even when its not part of the sentence I'm editing. That can be frustrating.

What do you like best about the product?
It has been a great tool to view the data that we use for managing accounts and contacts. Keeps us organized! It really adds a smooth process to operate a smooth conversation with a client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish that some of the steps in it's processes were smoother for stages were more available. Some of the options seem available at some points of a process, but not available in others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping in touch and and on track with customer has been very helpful. Keeping in touch with a client in large amounts has been made simpler by using the tool.

Elegance AND Functionality!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact I can send out a mass mail either at one specific time I create based on time zone, around compelling events, etc. OR I can add contacts individually to a cadence and the rest is automated entirely! The UI is easy and smooth and when there's an error with a contact, e.g. duplicate, etc. it's easy to delete or remove the contact and reset. The Salesforce sync also allows me to run SFDC reports on the best email campaigns. Obviously, Outreach provides some rich analytics as well that are easily digestible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a fair amount of bugs from time to time and customer services has not been the fastest. Having said that, the problems are usually resolved and the one's we've had are generally because there's been an update that's improved the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obviously reducing the friction involved in sales outreach. I've used previous platforms before rife with excel spreadsheets and it would really disincentivize reps in creating email campaigns. With Outreach.io, they love to fill the funnel each day, because they know it's so easy to set up.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach gives me a great line of sight into the day to day activities of my SDR team in a simple and slick web interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting features within Outreach are weak and couple be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving high velocity outbound emailing and calling to SMB restaurants in the US market.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For high velocity outbound sales teams this product is a no brainer

The user interface is very easy to work.

Scheduling tasks can be annoying when it has to be done manually, one at a time.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of using Outreach to follow up on great candidates for positions. I like how easy it is to search by a tag and who the owner is making it very easy to add new people to a sequence or to create a new sequence and get people in it quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be hard to keep track of who has been added if people respond from another email or chose to call. But part of this could be user error. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say this tool helps me keep my prospects organized, helps me to follow up with them in an efficient manner and helps to pipeline for future lead generation.
