What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has given the ability to send custom personable messages to our prospects at scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to be picky, searching prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Outreach.io to build the top end of our sales funnel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The support team is hands down the best I've dealt with. Outreach has allowed us to message our prospect lists with a personal message at scale. Highly recommend!

Fast and User Friendly

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it tracks opened emails and you are able to sort your prospects by engagement
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how it does not integrate with Zoominfo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to personalize sequences between different accounts and get really creative with my prospecting strategy. I like keeping track of the success/open rate of my sequences.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use, helpful tool for organization

What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use. Without Outreach, the accuracy of our SFDC data would be limited.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more analytics on the individual call level. For a manager, being able to see more call coaching would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales automation. Outreach helps us streamline tasks, but also ensures that the sales team hits their weekly targets, especially for activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Putting people into Sequence, it's a great way to get new meetings. Setting alert thresholds for reads and clicks so you know who hot prospects are.
What do you dislike about the product?
They try to be to much of a CRM. Stick to the emailing and call prompts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to reach out to many more people. Great for anyone doing Outbounding.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
See if it is worth the money.. If you want Outound team to be more effective this is a great tool

What do you like best about the product?
Continuous roadmap development and feature enhancements to further mature their feature set. Very simple interface and intuitive process management. Much better and easier to use than other comparable platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
That they do not have a partner program. This platform is a no-brainer. I would add it to my reseller product portfolio in a heartbeat, if they had a reseller partner program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated email outreach within the same platform as users making phone calls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend time understanding sales and outreach before jumping into a product like this. You need to understand it. However, their professional services are top notch and will consult you every step of the way.

What do you like best about the product?
I have just started onboarding my team's information and the instructional videos and support has been very helpful. Their team responds quickly to even my most basic questions. The a/b testing is fantastic and I love the information they provide for each lead- you are given a ton of info including the current weather in their location.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much to put here yet. I guess if anything, it would be great if I did not have to wait for our Salesforce account needed to be set up in order to set up accounts for the new leads I add. You don't need Salesforce but since we are planning to use it, it will save me a lot of time to wait until we have accounts established there before I mass upload new leads. I would like it if accounts were created based on company name/website automatically. Note: Not sure if I am missing a work around here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing outreach, A/B testing solution, personalizing outreach, making a sale!

What do you like best about the product?
multi-faceted campaigns that help increase the efficacy of sales/marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not integrate with ring-dna, which is a software intended to help with sales calls. Unfortunately, you cannot use both at the same time with salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sending multiple emails to multiple people in an organized manner.

A fully fledged Sales Engagement platform with great support

What do you like best about the product?
The Outreach platform is proving to be a very intuitive yet powerful tool for our sales reps to accelerate their outreach efforts.
Setting up sequences is very simple and both analytics and enrichment dashboards are very helpful. We are looking forward to testing the new meeting scheduler features which can substitute completely a solution such as Calendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a couple of times were a user's mailbox (we use Outlook) got disconnected by themselves, and automated emails didn't go out.
For now it seems like they were isolated issues, although the fact that their support said the integration "is even more stable with Gmail" wasn't necessarily reassuring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Outreach we are improving Sales Reps productivity (for both emailing and calling) while also tracking a lot more into SFDC thanks to their integration, which allows us to better optimize our outbound activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Product is easy to navigate, use, and see instant value in - we spend less time training on outreach than any other tool in our stack. Outreach is also built to help us optimize each interaction with our prospects.

Team is amazing and constantly innovating. Very excited about what is coming next.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still does not have feature parody with one of the other email sequencing tools we use(d). But as mentioned above, team is innovating around this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using outreach to facilitate a lot of our top of funnel outbound sales. This has allowed us to maximize the amount of prospects we reach out to in a personalized manner. Outreach also syncs directly into SFDC, streamlining many of the administrative aspects of our prospecting motion.

What do you like best about the product?
SFDC / Outreach experience is hands down the best. Very easy to use but extremely powerful. Love the snippet functionality.

There is nothing off the top of my mind that I can put here and feel good about
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am automating what needs to be automated in regards to my day but as well, getting valueable insight as to who I need to focus more of my personalization and true outreach on.
