Fast and Easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Outreach is how easy and visible every stat is. You are able to view who viewed and clicked your emails on the right side and also group who has the most viewed/clicked in the middle section, making it easy to follow up and send custom emails for outreach.Creating and cloning sequences is also a breeze and easy to make custom. I love outreach I have used it for every company I have worked for and it's useful for prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being that I've used Outreach for 4 years I don't have much negative things to say.
If I had to say something it would be maybe adding a prospect added from linkedin to have it automatically add the time zone and city/state they are located in but is really not a big deal!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing what type of messaging and email works for more opens and responses when doing prospecting,

Love Outreach

What do you like best about the product?
I love how it integrates with our CRM (Dynamics) and that now that everyone in the company is using it that you can see who has reached out to who and that way there is no over lap.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had access to more than one phone number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now that all Account Managers and SDRs are on the platform there is less over lap. I have been given permissions to create sequences and templates and that is helping keep a relevant messaging going. I like that it connects to our CRM. I love how it now connects seemlessly to Outlook and any emails I send from Outlook now show up in Outreach on the prospect page.

A Wonderful Tool T Reach out to your Potential Customers

  • July 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great sales tool to prospect and reach out to new customers especially when they are in a different time zone. You can also leave voice mails which the customer can check and revert at their own convenience. You can also create email templates, save multiple sequence emails and schedule the emails on the days and timelines you think would be ideal in terms of boosting chances of a response from the customer. The ease of integration is seamless, and it integrates easily with salesforce and other popular platforms. Their customer service and support is great. They are very knowledgeable in terms of the product and are updated with their improvements. I have used outreach in my previous company where I used to do prospecting in the US- East region.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their user interface is kind of complex, and it is very confusing and time consuming. You will need to scroll through multiple options before you arrive on what you are looking for. It is tough to use it without prior product training. The setup and implementation time takes couple of months which is very long as companies need faster execution time especially if the company is sales centric.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easier to reach out to your customers through Outreach as you get the complete history of the customer, their contact information, and the history of your email reach outs and call log along with the dates. It is by far the best tool for business follow-ups leading to either targeting new logos or sales closures. It has helped me to acquire new logos, setup meetings with new and prospective clients, brief my prospects on the exact agenda so that the prospect can do his homework and join the call. It helps to automate a lot of follow-ups which I was doing manually before outreach.

What do you dislike about the product?

Outbounding, call recording, activity tracking

Well designed interface with customisable options to adapt and adjust to your needs.
Easy to implement into everyday workflow.
Use it everyday without issue.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the extension can be inaccurate compared to what your looking at on browser.
Refresh browser to update appears often which can disturb workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach solves the problem of sequencing prospecting into correct channeled outreach. Allowing you to execute tasks in an effective manner.

outreach review

  • July 29, 2025

What do you like best about the product?
Automated, Multi-Channel Sequences
Outreach’s biggest strength is in automating follow-up across email, phone, LinkedIn, and even SMS—without losing the personal touch. You build a sequence once, and it keeps working in the background, helping reps avoid dropping the ball.

Email, call, and task cadences are all in one place.

Reps stay consistent with outreach across large lead lists.

Easier to scale personalization through templates, snippets, and conditional logic.

📈 Clear Activity + Engagement Insights
Outreach gives granular visibility into what works and what doesn’t:

Open, reply, and click tracking built-in.

Sequence performance metrics drive continuous optimization.

Sales managers can spot who's actually working
What do you dislike about the product?
teep Learning Curve
Outreach is not plug-and-play. It’s powerful, but the UI and setup can feel bloated:

Admin configuration is dense—expect a real onboarding process.

New reps (especially those without prior outbound experience) get overwhelmed quickly.

Mistakes in sequence logic or task timing can lead to reps ghosting leads or double-emailing.

🔍 TL;DR: It’s not intuitive out of the box—you need buy-in and training.

💰 Expensive and Contract-Heavy
Pricing is high, and you often get locked into long-term contracts:

Per-seat cost adds up fast, especially when factoring in data enrichment or additional modules.

No monthly billing—most plans are annual minimum.

Some features (like advanced reporting or Kaia AI) may be paywalled behind higher tiers.

🔍 TL;DR: Powerful, but not budget-friendly—especially for lean or early-stage teams.

🔗 Too Rigid With CRMs
If you don’t use Salesforce, expect limitations:

Outreach is deeply optimized for Salesforce—anything else (like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Close) feels duct-taped.

Custom CRM fields or objects don’t always sync smoothly.

You may need a dedicated ops person to keep CRM <> Outreach aligned as you scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
dialing and tracking reps

Easy to use but ineffective for emailing

  • July 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use and send a mass number of emails at once. I use it everyday, particularly on calls, and don't tend to have problems with usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email throttles can be annoying, and feels like company inboxes and security and becoming smarter faster than Outreach can keep up. Emails don't seem to be getting opened, read, or responded to, despite "100%" open-rates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- High quantity of emails sent within a short period of time
- Easy upload of contacts from Salesforce

Beautiful Sequences after Hard Implementation

  • July 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I loved using Outreach while making sales calls, generating pipeline and doing research. It was super easy to organize my day and my tasks and see what I had left to do each day/week. I loved being able to make and share templates with my team as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were some hiccups with the sequences. It took a lot of time to iron out our processes. We were early adaptors of the program at our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helped me juggle multiple accounts and prospects and what step they were in the sales sequence they were. It would alert me if I had a manual task to do, or help me automate tasks that could be set to occur in the future.
