Very powerful but not super intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
Outlook provides a lot of visibility into metric re: emails/calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coming from tools like ToutApp + Salesloft, I find outreach to be less intuitive and a little overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into outbound prospecting techniques.

Great, streamlined lead generation too

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to seamlessly connect with my gmail and email client.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it is difficult to set up. The on-boarding process can take a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Outreach to contact leads with targeted email campaigns followed up by calls. Through the tool, we are able to secure more leads and business.

What do you like best about the product?
There are 2 things I use daily with Outreach, the ability to see who is looking at my emails in real time, and the sequence system. The ability to see email opens in real-time has helped me secure many deals. I reach out when a prospect is looking at the email because I know it's on their mind and it makes the conversation much smoother. Also, the sequences are super handy. One more thing, making a call list through outreach makes logging them much easier and time effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had issues halting or pausing sequences when someone responds to an email. Perhaps it's on me, but it was pitched to us that prospects would be moved automatically. I've had to send multiple apology emails to people saying they didn't want to be emailed at the time and would get an email the next day or two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Strong product- lacking some functionality

What do you like best about the product?
dialer is great you can click through to dial. email tracking is strong and reliable when tracking open rates. click rates could be better.
What do you dislike about the product?
you cant get the industry you are calling into to come up on the main screen which is frustrating. the system also does not pick up on spam traps and the email click rates are not always accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
saving time, more organized, better follow up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
simple to navigate. learning curve is small. email tracking is solid but misleading click rates.

What do you like best about the product?
Great UI, Easy to prospect, see opens, and sequence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Chrome extension has its hiccups, Sequencing sometimes doesn't remove/change only after many attempts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Follow up has been made warmer and easier. Seeing opens and getting notifications to call after a certain amount make it efficient to stay in contact with your most engaged prospects.

The customization makes it a bit more difficult to figure out at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sales tool that helps enable calling, yes, their call triggers helped our company to that

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it easily connects to my salesforce.com account as well as my gmail account and has easy to use plug-ins so I don't need to leave those systems to use outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit buggy and can be prone to cause errors when you have too many people sequenced
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an SLA with marketing to do a 8-point touch with marketing qualified accounts, so outreach helps us keep track of the touchpoints easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very good for outbound lead prospecting, email templates, call centers

What do you like best about the product?
Email scheduling is very helpful when working across time zones and territories. I also like how creating sequences and building in multiple email and call touch points builds out my weekly workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
More Salesforce integrations would be helpful, it would be nice to see how I prioritized the accounts in salesforce and notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work flow management, email management and time management. My follow ups are much better.

Auto logging emails and calls, recording calls and allowing for automation.Outreach Voice success
High email deliverability, Ease of use and setup on the platform, Top-notch support from our Customer Success or Support team, Necessity in your sales stack
What do you dislike about the product?
Only works on standard phone numbers, does not allow you to call people that have opted out of emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
having an integrated dialer and email sending tool in SFDC

Make sure you see how your current workflow is impacted and plan for the downtime it will cause to switch

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach allows me to manager all of my clients with direct campaigns that drive sales and movement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach is easy to use but the formatting can sometimes get a little messed up in the exchange but that is it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having hundreds of clients being able to be reached with targeted campaigns not blanket statements allows for more sales and for sales to move quicker
