Great for tracking prospects and progressing through pipeline

Outreach provides insights to your calls and emails to help you know at what times activities are most effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it does not sync to salesforce properly. I have had glitches when changes the stage of prospects as well

Staying on top of who to call and when.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to track leads that you will call and email multiple times then this will help you. Great for SDRs and AEs as well. Makes tracking productivity simple for both team members and manager

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach sets your day up for you. Once you sequence people, you plug and play. There is no reverting back to Salesforce to manager your workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
SFDC integrates with outreach, but it's not vice versa. This makes it so you have to double enter information, specifically general account notes. Also would be fabulous if there was a demo self scheduling link (although I hear that's coming!).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can really tell what prospects are very engaged with your outreach, you master your work day but going through your tasks, and it's very specific and detailed so you know exactly what you need to do next.

I dislike how sometimes you would have to go back and officially sending out the email through task on the dashboard

What do you like best about the product?
We've had a lot of success with plain HTML templates (no design) for our automated emails. I like the streamline capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little confusing on the different between non-templated emails and templated emails. Also setting up the rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large number of leads and a small sales. Plus we want to a/b/c/d test many different messages and see which will have a higher open or click through rate.

Really enjoy how much this has streamlined the first-touch sales process.

The dial-task screen has all the information you need and let's you dial with more efficiency than any other service

With a so much detail on each prospects, the product lacks good overview of the most engaged prospects

The best thing about outreach.io to me is the user-friendly interface.

There isn't much to dislike about Outreach aside from the lack of 3rd party integrations and tools.

Statistic cataloging. Keeping track of reach out dates, and potential client follow-ups.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface, great support team, sequences feature to automate a lot of daily tasks

The tool needs admin attention for ensuring data is correctly syncing back with CRM systems.

Automating regular sales tactics, better reporting of sales development function

Flexible - lets us use many custom fields and actions and makes them feel native to the Outreach interface

Lists, views not intuitive - they are steadily improving here, but it can be confusing to understand exactly what list I'm looking at or how to filter a list to get the accounts or prospects that I'm looking for.

Let's me manage a high volume of email prospecting to various groups, gives me the basic level of analytics I need to see how successful I am at it.

When everything works well it's an amazing tool. What I love is the ability to customize the outbound emails you're doing at scale.

Sometimes small features are broken.
Sometimes when you do things like delete tasks or reschedule tasks an error code pops up.

In sales the biggest problem is sending lots of personalized emails as scale. This tool helps me do so.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool. I've heard it's expensive, but great for teams looking to grow an SDR team and move up market.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool easily integrates with Salesforce and can easily save me 1-2 hours a day of manually sending generic follow up emails to cold call prospects through sequencing. That is by far my least favorite part of my day to day as it requires no thought and a lot of manual labor.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their reasons for this make sense to me from a billing perspective, but as an individual sales rep with limited control or influence over my company's budget, I would love the ability to purchase an individual account for myself. My company has access on a trial basis and while I can advocate for Outreach until I am blue in the face, it is hard for me to make that big an impact as one rep in one office of a global company and I imagine the same is true of most end users of a tool like this. I have done this with other sales tools in the past when my company stopped covering the expenses or moved to a different tool that I didn't like as much and would really love to do the same if that happens with Outreach too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach saves me countless time on manually sending canned follow up emails to cold call prospects by letting me upload my own custom CC templates and sequencing the follow ups on my schedule. That allows me to dedicate my time to prospecting and doing more meaningful work to drive sales rather than copying and pasting 100 generic emails everyday.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure when you set up your templates that you are using consistent formatting, especially when copy and pasting templates from outlook or word or anywhere that you have them previously saved.
