Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I love that outreach is easy to use. If used properly, you have daily tasks and calls clearly lined up with your emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of moving parts for Outreach so if you don't know where to look for things, they can be hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem we solved with Outreach is making our daily calls, messages and emails easy and quick to execute. We've realized that Outreach increases our speed and ability to mass email.
Great tool to increase outbound production!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy ability to streamline outbound productivity from a sales perspective. Our call, email, and action item production has sky rocketed since implementing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that their google chrome extension does not work very well. Makes uploading prospects quite difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We see an increased production of activity which has lead to more revenue generated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend the tool if the goal is to increase outbound production like our initial goal. However, outreach has average customer service and their chrome extension not working makes it difficult to add prospects to the system.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to put leads/contacts in sequences, or hit them manually with targeted emails/calls. Much more productive and easier to track than using salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have nothing to say bad about Outreach. I use it basically every day and have only had an outage once or twice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased sales, greater productivity, more effective processes at work in general. Able to work from home much easier because of the "call from computer" feature.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
So much more productive than manually logging tasks in SFDC.

Ease of use. Repeatable process. Analytics on performance to see what works and doesn't. Connected to Salesforce.com
What do you dislike about the product?
If you use Salesforce.com, ensure there are no duplicates between leads and contacts; otherwise, it can sometimes cause issues when retrieving information for outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Limited staff for prospecting. Outreach campaigns allow us to create sequences with targeted information and apply them to targeted prospects. Outreach will notify you when a prospect reviews your email, allowing you to call them while they are looking at your email. Removes the manual efforts of scheduling follow-up tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Streamlines prospecting with its chrome extension allowing you to sequence prospects straight from LinkedIn and Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a big fan of the recent chrome extension update because it opens a new window but not the end of the world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows BDRs to effectively prospect across multiple mediums.

Very ease to use and doesn't take look to get up and running

Sometimes it's hard to mass email when a prospect is stuck in an old dead cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to reach out to a group of people with individualized tracks at a company. I am also able to see which emails are the most effective through open rates and can do a/b testing if need be

What do you like best about the product?
We use Outreach as the main platform for our Sales Development Reps and Sales Team. It is a fantastic platform to quickly and efficiently reach a large number of targets and prospects without having to devote a large amount of time to managing pipelines.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Outreach had more integrations with other software. However, they have had most of the integrations we've needed, and have helped us to identify solutions where integrations don't exist. Also it would be great if videos could be embedded in emails like with other email automation platforms I have used in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves a lot of business issues, among them are the issues with reps wasting time sending emails, researching, planning out their day, losing prospects to the funnel due to poor follow up, email tracking, A/B testing etc. The list goes on and on.

Outreach helps increase productivity at least double. It organizes, prioritizes and generates tasks to maximize my sales activity in a day

Some features and functionality are a little wonky. Certain features and triggers are inconsistent

Outreach solves the issue of tracking and building relationships of outbound sales. It keeps you on top of all your prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to set and execute tasks that I either create myself or are part of a sequence. The template tool makes it easy to quickly send personalized emails to different prospects without having to repeatedly re-write the main points I want to make.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to add links or attachments to custom emails that are set up as tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing hundreds of contacts across multiple accounts is a breeze with Outreach. I honestly don't know what I'd do without it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You don't know how much you need it until you have it, then you'll wonder what you did without it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy outreach is to build sequences and to add them to your pipeline as well as sharing them with other people to use as well. It is very user-friendly and makes building multiple versions easy. Also, I like how Outreach can work and integrate with your email account and SalesForce as well. It makes it easy to email and update leads straight from the page. Once you get to know how to use it, it is very easy and simple to understand. The metrics and numbers are super simple to understand and you are able to see what is going out and what is going in as well as how many have bounced and what is scheduled.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Outreach is slow and the results don't seem to be too accurate. Also, sometimes it will show you when someone opens the email but not when others do so I have to go online and check the numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to send emails and track them which is the main part of our business. It would be very difficult if you were not able to track who opened what and when but Outreach helps you with that. I know that my emails are being seen and when to follow up with the lead.
