Boost in Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use and the scalability of the platform. Getting all my touch points organized and automated is super helpful to make me as productive as I can be.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the reporting feature isn't as responsive and intuitive to use. Searching through the database of prospects and be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to boost my productivity and have a tool that works for me while I spin cycles are more important things in my day, without losing productivity.
Great tool for sales engagement
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is friendly and the platform itself continues to improve!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no ability to merge prospect records, making a mess in Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing business development efforts, integrated marketing, and increased conversion rates.
Good for calling- difficult for prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
If you have a bulk amount of people to call, it is great to cruise through them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The info fields don't auto sync with Salesforce.

Outreach is very easy to use and allows me to track my prospects responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach is overall a great product. Sometimes I have issues with the search bar. It can be very confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales.

Fix the search feature
Great replacement for Kitedesk, and keeps getting better!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that new features keep getting rolled out and that the system makes it easy to automate most of my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
#1 complaint is that if am out of the office that I can't simply pause all my upcoming outbounds and resume when I am done. They have a way to do this, but it's kind of a hassle. Some reps need to set an auto-responder for clients or the internal team, then is someone responds to an email sent by Outreach on that very same day, how will it look to get an auto-response?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've realized a number of high profile sales-qualified leads and have been able to quadruple our lead production rate while leaving more time to work on other key projects.
My job would suck without Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best are the SFDC integration and call recording functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing. My experience has been very friendly and with being new to my role & industry I appreciate a tool such as Outreach as it helps keeps me organized and hyperfocused & engaged with potential clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have seen an increase in my call to connect ratios as well as my connect to meeting set rate. On the call recording side, it's been helpful to have my manager review my calls for feedback & coaching.
Intuitively collaborative marketing automation
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach provides a streamlined interface with SFDC and email and continuously expanding the technology to enable intuitive reporting and marketing next steps, called "sequences" based on a wide variety of criteria.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still room for growth when it comes to simplifying their interface; there are so many things you can do, it starts to get tricky to remember where everything is, and how to get to things in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is an incredible tool for simplifying email and phone prospecting efforts

Don't second guess whether or not this solution will help you with email automation; it's great!
Outreach eliminates micromanaging your pipeline so you can focus on what matters
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Outreach by far is the hundreds of micro-decisions you make in managing your pipeline - decision fatigue as a sales rep is a real productivity killer - are automatically managed, so you can increase the activities that make you successful. It's a phenomenal software
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say I love how prospect notes/account notes aren't able to be displayed simultaneously by things like email replies or past activity - the UI isn't bad by any means, but it seems like it could be improved upon or have a little more customization.

I can't speak to the experience with other sales process management tools, but Outreach has been great on all fronts as a user, and the company is headed in a great direction!

clicks and email opens are often very innaccurate. they dont detect spam traps at all

Power user capabilities, continued updates
What do you dislike about the product?
Simple bugs aren't prioritized, like the fact that you have limited access to font sizes/choices, and what looks good in your message from Outreach arrives to the prospect with different font sizes and styling. Very frustrating.

Vastly improves a sales rep's ability to stay on top of his accounts and be strategic with his prospecting
