Most amazing platform for business development

What do you like best about the product?
The platform automates my entire day. I walk into the office knowing who I need to call and email for that day. It literally takes all the brainwork out of selling. Allows for me to hammer the phones, knock out the calls and close some deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing so far. The price is even good for what you get.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cold calling, cold emailing, marketing automation, customer follow up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to read the blog and take advantage of using your success manager. They are great.

Easy Email Automation

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach automates email campaigns and email engagement with prospects. The solution is fairly simple. Its really easy to click around with no training and pick up the solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their support is not great. Usually are unclear in there responses and it take a few back and forths to get resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company, we can share templates and emails that we commonly use. Its easy to identify which emails are working best and have the highest engagement. Using Outreach you can also find prospects clicking on emails or opening and then spend your time on those warmer leads.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the task management, sequences, snippets, & ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit buggy at times, but overall it's great.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create email sequences that allow you to push valuable information to prospects and customers quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
We experienced a bit of a learning curve when implementing the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales and customer success teams are able to reach more people and provide better content in a fraction of the time it used to take. Since the sequences also involve outreach calls, we've been able to use the system in part as a CRM as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Schedule a demo and see if it might be right for your needs. Our sales and customer success managers have found it to be an invaluable tool once we got it up and running.

Up-leveled my prospecting game

What do you like best about the product?
Coming from a recruiting background, I hadn't used a tool like this in the past. When I first joined Influitive we were using another system which was nowhere near as intuitive and collaborative. It's email tracking has also led to a number of opportunities with those prospects actually interacting with the content I'm sharing with them. Their integration with salesforce is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still trying to figure out the calendar feature, which seemed to have some bugs. Getting the hang of it now!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, email tracking, A/B testing emails and sequences, outbound call tracking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use and seamless integration with Salesforce! Least call drops/issues I've seen so far.

I still do not find the UI friendly, and am not sure if it's a lack of use or time.

I am able to join multiple prospects at once

Create a lot of sequences and snippets, and create them well. Then it's reaaaaally useful!

What do you like best about the product?
Love the fact that Outreach is easy to use, easy to navigate, and provides me with accurate notifications. Outreach is easy to use from an IC and Manager level. The reporting capabilities are crucial to enabling SDR teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Outreach team is open to product feedback and has worked with us to address any shortfalls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have created new KPIs based on the reporting capabilities in Outreach. We are paying attention to email sentiment, not just general metrics such as email replies or opens. The reporting features have allowed us to easily scale and create efficient teams.

Great, Easy-to-Use Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences, and how easy it is to place contacts in appropriate sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that if I am writing an email and have to switch between tabs to reference something, I will lose the email I am writing if there is another Outreach contact on that separate tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales development and marketing outreach

What do you like best about the product?
I like Outreach.io's interface. It's clean and the colors are aesthetically pleasing. I also like the way they show reports and tracking. It's easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. The support team is also great, they are timely and generally will solve your problems and even provide tutorials to show you how to do things correctly within the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike all of the extra steps it takes to get things done. If emails don't go out as planned or fail, you have to figure out some workarounds in order to send them at the day and time that you would like to. It can be very tedious and time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Outreach.io for cold outreach purposes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a product as a secondary product to do cold outreach sends through, this is a solid product. I'm not sure if I would use it as my primary tool, but that's also because the volume of our normal sends far exceeds what we use Outreach.io for.

BEST WAY TO ENGAGE LEADS

What do you like best about the product?
Once the sequences have been built, it is very easy to engage with leads. Depending on the marketing collateral they downloaded (white papers/online demo/trials) the email templates are prefilled and you don't have to look for the right template anymore
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it crashes when running task and/or the line is busy even though I'm not making calls. The software also slows down when I'm going through my list of prospects. Also if I selected then prospects that I'm about to create tasks for and accidently click on name, it takes me to that prospect's profile and I lose the preselected leads I had marked
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a lot easier to view leads and call them through Outreach. A lot more calls in the same timeframe.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's great to keep all of your leads in one platform from which you can easily call a lot of leads
