AMAZING SOFTWARE for email campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is really easy and the reports (clicks, opens, responses, etc) are very useful to track for a sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email tracking is sometimes not that accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to facilitate email campaigns and follow ups. I like that you're able to integrate it with a calling program to track your calls as well. It is great for a sales team to use for proper outreach to new prospective clients.
Best Sales Enablement SaaS on the Market Today
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach's sales enablement solution is the current market leader for sales development teams to use today. We've evaluated the major players, and implementing Outreach from a rip and replace of another system was not a difficult process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. There was certainly a learning curve in understanding how the architecture is set up, and where things are in the backend. Thankfully, their implementation team has done a great job of getting us up and running.
Looking forward to their continual improvement of their integration with Salesforce and bringing in other SFDC objects into Outreach.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the current sales organization that we have, we are looking to automate a lot of the manual tasks that our Sales Development team would have to do with out a system. These include the logging of emails and calls into our CRM, pulling up what task in their sequence they should do next, as well as being able to see which sequence converts better (and be able to do A/B testing of these).
It's like having a virtual assistant!
What do you like best about the product?
Appreciate being able to focus on what truly matters by allowing Outreach to act as my "assistant" and complete tasks for me that do not require my attention (re-writing the same email to each of my merchants)! Love the integration with Salesforce, phone calls, and being able to manage my projects and pipelines!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really to dislike - works like most computer programs though and is only as good as the information the user gives it...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working through prospect lists and workflows with a team in different time zones. Has allowed us to be synchronized and more effective

It's the gold standard by which we compare all other software!
Enabling our reps to become task masters
What do you like best about the product?
End users can become task masters using Outreach to prioritize their time so that they are prospecting as efficiently as possible. The team can spend focussed time identifying who they want to target and then execute and iterate for best results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their voice solution still needs some work. Love that it is consolidated into one platform, but missing some basic requirements that make it competitive in the market (mobile app, texting from your phone and not the app, etc.)

Executing on personalized value driven communicate with prospects via email, phone, and social channels.
SDR experience with outreach
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can create organized sequences in outreach that you can import contacts into. I also like that it puts the leads into a task list to keep you organized and on task. Also the high priority email opens are moved to the top which is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it can be hard to keep up with the tasks if you are an SDR, mine seem to get way out of control. I also dislike that leads created in my salesforce system before my company got outreach a few months, cannot sync to the outreach platform which is an issue for my day to day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is hoping to solve with keeping follow ups organized but i feel like i always have hundreds of tasks because i add so many people to email. I realized the value of the sequence tool.
Outreach for Cold Calling
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach helps me reach more contacts faster through their 'tasks' schedule. The best part about Outreach is their Sequences, which automate the process of sending emails and following up with calls. It significantly reduces my time spent prospecting!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that could improve Outreach is logging a call on a prospect and having it complete the Sequence task. If it was intuitive enough to mark those tasks complete, it'd be much more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm significantly reducing my time spent prospecting and automating my prospecting emails. This is a huge benefit to me because I have prospective clients responding to emails that were automatically sent out!

Rules setting and defaults are confusing sometimes

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is the fundamental tool in all of our BDR's day. It allows us to mass target people while doing it with personalization at scale. Lastly, it helps BDR's organize their day to ensure they are putting the right number of touches on a prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can safely say that there is nothing I do not like about Outreach. I would recommend any organization that is going to an outbound strategy to buy this tool before any other platform they might be considering for their tech stack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to increase our pipeline by 5x. Outreach has allowed us to ensure that our organization has enough pipeline as we continue to grow.

Buy it! It has generated more ROI than any other tool we own by a large margin.
It's a pretty good tool, perhaps not the best but good.

I like the ability to call from local phone numbers and track the emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike much, but I miss the ability to more easily and effectively become notified when emails are opened, though I know most of this can be done with outreach it is not my favorite.

I need to know how to pull folks in from gmail and SFDC for my prospecting use case.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has a lot of customization options. I can use any sending mailbox, timing, A/B test and control the pipeline from a lot of different places. This allows for a more flexible management and control. Also, using separate menus for controlling, I can apply very focused adjustments within the campaign.
Their support is great and provides lots of insight. They often share videos and screenshots when discussing a complex issue.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes all the customizing options become a little too overwhelming. The tools and UI feel less intuitive the more you proceed. Their documentation is very good. But it is easy to mess up the campaign unless you are very careful.
The support is sometimes slow to respond. Can not control some user features like adding mailboxes and have to ask support everytime.
The reports are a little difficult to understand, especially they numbers of email ready to go only updates if the are activated in pipeline. Autoactivation of emails are not reflected here.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can send cold emails to multiple audiences from different sales channels and using customized approaches. It saves my time. It makes for super easy collaboration between sales reps as well. It is very easy to conduct the full sales process from one place without changing users. Especially temporarily taking over the conversation from a teammate is seamless.

Read the documentations and dont hesitate to ask for support. They have great people waiting to help you.
