What do you like best about the product?
Outreach makes it easy to work contacts from start to finish in a sales process. It gives me more power than standard email and phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is really good. I haven't really experienced anything that I didn't enjoy with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drip campaigns for sales. Direct messaging to contacts.
Great User interface
What do you like best about the product?
They do a great job on making the interface very user friendly. They have some great features around reporting as well make it very easy to complete tasks and manage prospect touches. You can sort by contact and account and if you learn the search criteria terms it makes it easy to do more specific searches.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be a problem with the dialer sometimes and speed of outreach. The dialer has issues sometimes with connectivity and delay. This caused some issues some days with productivity, wasn't always an issue, but when it did happen it was very inconvenient to the department.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping manage the journey from lead to qualified prospect with manage email and call touches on potential prospect to create qualified pipeline.

Outreach makes it easy to crush outbound prospecting, the interface is wonderful and the team is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach really is pretty solid. I have had a few issues with the API logging calls back to Salesforce. but other than that, I have enjoyed it very much.

Building pipeline.

Outreach is sort of like the Cadillac of sales engagement. It's really well made.

What do you like best about the product?
I think Outreach is great for keeping track of tasks you have to do. Everyday it will tell you what specific task is due...whether it be an email, or a phone call. It also sends emails for you automatically, which is a huge time saver. It really lessens the manual work load for my day. I mainly take advantage of the Sequence feature which keeps tracks of all my prospects and sends them emails on specific days I choose. It's super organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the most part, Outreach is pretty simple to use. However, there are a few things here and there that I have to google how to do. For example, in a sequence, if I want my prospects to get their second email at a specific time, I cant just choose 'send this email at 6pm EST'. I have to go back into my settings and create a whole new sequence schedule. Other than that, I don't really have any problems with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach keeps tracks of everything I have to each work day. Without it, I would have a million post-it notes on my desk telling me to call these people, and email so and so at these specific days and times. Outreach keeps everything neat and organized and alerts me of when I'm supposed to do things. I love the automated email feature, especially due to the amount of emails I send every week, I couldn't imagine having to manually do those. Outreach also assist me in customer response and retention rates and gives me percentages at the end of each week to track my progress which is super helpful.

Sometimes im not sure if the person i send the email to opened it or it was forward on and they opened it

Sequenced emails, knowing who is view my content helps big time with knowing who to reach out to

What do you like best about the product?
Having a single software to manage my entire sales outreach is amazing. I'm able to get through all of my daily objectives with maximum efficiency and nothing slips through the cracks. Couldn't imagine not having this software.

We've had issues with data entry. Would be nice is Salesforce and Outreach talked to each other more effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to remember all of the prospects you need to reach out to, or using your calendar as a to do list just isn't effective. Outreach makes sure you're reaching out to everyone you want to reach out to, and nothing slips through the cracks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you're using Salesforce to enter certain data like creating an account. The systems talk to each other, but not extremely well yet.
