What do you like best about the product?
The Outreach sequence feature allows me to organize and speed up my prospecting process. By far the best prospecting product I've ever used.

It can be buggy at times but nothing that gets in the way of doing my job

The tracking of emails is very important to see how prospects are engaging with my emails

The platform is reliable and has the user controls to help ensure successful BD efforts.

The "account" management isn't great but contact manage is strong.

Business development - more meetings for AEs.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how a team can collaborate through this tool so easily by sharing templates and sequences. The Outreach Everywhere side tab is also easy for me to work seamlessly between Outreach and SF.

Some issues of contacts or SF activity not connecting, but nothing major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales outreach and reminders. Helps to stay organized and move prospects through the sales cyce.

I liked the cadence systems and the ability to create templates

I wasn't a fan of the fact that I couldn't create different formats for specific steps in cadences

The organization and constant reminders. Keeps you on top of your day to day tasks.

Glitchy at times. For the most part support is great, but often times glitchy for calls.

Realized that things fall through the cracks and outreach helps you stay on top of your tasks

the complete automation. I can sequence and let the automation run, automatically giving me the tasks that I need to do.. also, the population of call tasks with multiple opens is a great feature. I really like the sequences that you can build as well as the templates, those are very helpful.
I also like the fact that I can see everything I can do in outreach in my Gmail portal, really saves time from having to go back and forth.

What do you dislike about the product?
- it does not work well with Grammarly
- You cant mass create a call task from the outbox (i.e. i would want to call everyone that opened my email)
- I would like it to be able to push stuff to SF, so a two-way integration would be nice
- make it easier to sort and search through my contacts/prospects
- it can run a little slow sometimes, which is annoying when i have stuff to do

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a BDr, it has helped me completely automate and expedite my outreach process. Just throw things into a sequence and bam! make me able to reach out to a larger group of people. Really helps me organize my day to day as well, i can just go into my tasks and know what i need to accomplish for the day
Recommendations to others considering the product:

Automation to everything
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Outreach allows me to automate my entire sales process. From emails, to phone calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach meetings needs a little work. It is not the most user friendly platform.

Email automation - easier to work with 100s of contacts at any given time,

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing sales process automation. At my last job we had to do everything manually and Outreach has changed the game for me as a sales professional. It task the tedious work out of the job and allows you to be consistent in outreach to prospects while still being able to tailor your touchpoints.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lag I mass email blasts as well as some of the rules that pause sequences for reasons and never restart them. You always have to double check to make sure everything is functioning properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process! Outreach is helping me to define a process and stick to and it holds me accountable for following up with prospects and making sure I am setting myself up for success.

Ease of use and makes me efficient in outreaching clients. It keeps me very organized as well.

I would like to be able to tried a few more things back to Salesforce.
