What do you like best about the product?
Outreach really makes my day easier by gathering all my tasks in one place so I don't have to second guess what I have to do for the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are technical difficulties where Outreach won't let me hang up or won't log a call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time and brainpower, and increases efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes planning out my day so simple. I feel like I am able to be much more efficient because of it.

Trying to add people to accounts can be a bit clunky.

What do you like best about the product?
Set it and forget it functionality. There is a lot of things to worry about on a day to day. It's nice to know that touch points for prospecting isn't one of those things. I can set up a sequence and wait to hear back.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have any complaints. This product works exactly how it is supposed to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Don't lose touch with prospects or forget about them. Have had prospects reach back out and close two or three months after identifying them because the work Outreach does in the background.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use click to call. It seems to be very underutilized.

What do you like best about the product?
Seamless integration with our CRM systems makes outreach an extremely effective tool. Creating sequences has saved our org countless hours of valuable time
What do you dislike about the product?
At time outreach will remove prospects form a sequence and not allow you do reach out to people that haven't been contacted before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management: Being able to structure sequences to go out when you'd like and delay the sending of emails has helped save time/money.

Being able to call from multiple numbers
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont really use the email component as much as I should
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logging calls, sending, tracking and scheduling emails, making calls from different numbers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think if you are looking to improve efficiency of your sales team then this offers a ton of positive revenue accelerating opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn, simple functionality. Very helpful with prospecting. Clean and simple tool to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Typing gets messed up frequently, cannot backspace without ruining formatting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great for propsecting, simple email writing issues only.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just fixing the typing and editing tools.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to set up clients in sequences which then keeps me on track with a solid follow up process. I found a lot of success after a few steps into the outreach follow up sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the texting part of the app outreach. I have found other apps more useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not letting opportunities slip from my pipeline due to lack of proper follow up.

The Best SaaS for Sales

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach combines all the best features of Salesforce and what I'd want to sell, into a user friendly package that allows me to not have to deal with Salesforce but still have everything in Salesforce that my Manager's need. ; )
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how focused Outreach is for SDRs but not for AEs. I'd like to use Outreach for everything as an AE and I would also like to have a mobile version of Outreach as my biggest request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, priority management, deal flow visibility, etc.
