Easy and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use on all aspects of the tool. I appreciate how clear the data is.

Sometimes I have to log-in multiple times for it to work.

I love that Outreach will let you email and call very specific list.

The phone connection is bad sometimes. It will disconnect my calls.

The main benefit comes from all the data that you can have on an individuals account.

Helpful for mass emails and handling inbound leads
What do you like best about the product?
We have Outreach connected to our "Contact Us" and inbound lead forms on our website. Rather than manually reaching out to all of these leads, outreach handles those high-volume inquiries.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the easiest platform to navigate and set up. There are great support resources available and the support team has been really responsive, there's just a big learning curve initially

We have Outreach connected to our "Contact Us" and inbound lead forms on our website. Rather than manually reaching out to all of these leads, outreach handles those high-volume inquiries. It's also really helpful in seeing who opens what emails, the response rates of emails, etc.

Use the support resources (training videos) available.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup email campaigns, great tools for scheduling, following up, creating tasks, and managing templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing. Everything has been ideal and the support team is very fast to respond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is the ideal platform for sales and prospecting. You can customize messages to prospects and customers and it has a lot of features to ensure you're on top of all your opportunities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Outreach to anyone in sales or marketing. It's the ideal platform and much better than the competitors that I have used.

What do you like best about the product?
Seeing who opens my emails, how many times they have opened my email.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will randomly log me out when I am in the middle of writing an email (doesn't happen a lot), but when it does it is frustrating because I just took time to work on an specific and catered email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to find net new opportunities and it has been really helpful in tracking what emails are working to get people's attention

It is a great tool to use to track what you have done, when you have reached out to people, and seeing the engagement!

This is one of the easiest prospecting tools available. People who don't know how to use can quickly learn as it is very user friendly

I can't really think of much i dislike about this tool .

Makes my life as a salesman a lot simpler. I'm able to stay organized with tasks and helps me know what next steps to take in a sales cycle.

The ability to see when people open my emails, and how simple it is to make and track calls.

Just not a fan of the tasks. I like salesforce tasks better.

Ability to automate touch points, gathering metrics for the salesforce. Increasing retention periods.

Calendar syncing, navigation in the GUI.

Customer outreach, callback statistics, and email response rates. Increased metric on everything mentioned.
Great tool although I don't fully use it in the role I'm in. Love the email templates and tracking.

The Calendar Tool. I wish it looked nicer within the email.

Watching my emails being opened really give me insight to whole engages the most as a client.

Not too much to dislike, the sequencing tab can get pretty messy
