Outstanding product & customer support
What do you like best about the product?
This is not a nice-to-have product but a need-to-have product for all organizations with high volume Sales teams.
The UI / UX is great, customer support is always responsive, and the analytics are outstanding.

Nothing - great product all around. If I was a Head of Sales, this product is a must have!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High volume, outbound emails / calls. Love the fact that it tells me how many times a person has viewed my email.

Such a great product for Sales and Marketing teams. It really is a need-to-have.
Outreach for Successful Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a phenomenal tool for keeping track of prospects and establishing proper touch points to ensure connects that drive pipeline and successful conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. Sometimes there's a lag from the time someone opens the email or clicks an email to the time they respond, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of hundreds of prospects can get extremely difficult. Outreach's software allows my teams to add and work hundreds of leads and cold prospects without overwhelming them.
Great for pipeline management
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to keep touching everything in your pipeline. Easy way to make sure your cadence is set.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if you don't have admin access it can be frustrating to get different sequences changed or made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage time more effectively. I now have a lot more time in my days for other tasks.
Best service for automation and customization
What do you like best about the product?
I love the user experience of Outreach. My team was using SalesLoft before, and when we switched over to Outreach, it was like moving from Internet Explorer to Google Chrome. Outreach is always making useful and valuable updates. Plus, customer service is amazing and quick to respond. 10/10!
What do you dislike about the product?
If there's one thing I would add, being able to edit and bulk schedule e-mails on the home page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are honing in on what messaging is working best with the analytics we have on our sequences.

Outreach is the best tool I use to organize my daily work, strategize, and share ideas with my team. It's so agile and slick, it is such a vital tool, I literally can't imagine my life without it.
Great but needs minor fixes
What do you like best about the product?
I like the customization of the bulk email features; being able to create new stages and such is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that when I upload a csv and if it has some contacts I have already reached out to, I can't select all 200 and uncheck like the first 5.

We are using it to mass emails to increase our reach and expand the top of our funnel in our sales process

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see how frequently prospects open an email can help gauge level of interest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Loading CSV files can sometimes stall. This can make things difficult when uploading spreadsheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gauging interest from potential prospects is a huge benefit.
Integrated calling and email system
What do you like best about the product?
The sequence system allows for easy creation of email+call cadences
What do you dislike about the product?
Some issues with functionality, but the support is quick to address these issues and submit them as feature requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach has enabled my team to integrate our call and email sequences in a fluid way. This has eased stress, as before our systems didn't play well together. This allows us to create campaigns (called sequences) in the system quickly to address new outreach that needs to be done.

The ability to bridge my phone with the call + the connection to email

When the calls can't be made or when the connection is lost between my phone or email.

Making sure emails are received, gaining insight from call recordings
Can't imagine a better tool to make my life easier

The ability to automate sales activity from one convenient place. Can seamlessly send different types of messages and schedule call activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like a better way to sync activity between salesforce and outreach for contacts in salesforce but that aren't yet in outreach. Wish there was a true 2 way sync that is automated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to easily and simply reach out to large numbers people in a seamless and automated fashion. Our reps that use Outreach the most tend to be most successful in the solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Great prospecting tool. Easy and concise way to stay on top of tasks. Reporting is solid for understanding what tactics are performing better than others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Global task bar is in the way on home page. A bit clunky sometimes

What prosecting tactics are most effecive. Email open rate and engagment. Good organization tool for tasking.
