I like how it runs reports on how many opens and replies you get on emails.

Sometimes the information does not populate correctly.

What do you like best about the product?
-Very User friendly- love the interface
-enables large scale and personalized email sending
-awesome salesforce integration
-keeps you accountable
-easy tagging functionality for organization
What do you dislike about the product?
-If you accidentally put a user on a particular first touch of a sequence, you can't put them on the correct one if you've already clicked activate for the wrong touch, if that makes sense

Organized sequences - automated emails and automated creation of tasks

Challenging reporting and filtering. Would like to see more options to see a wholistic picture of the stats by templates/users in emails

What do you like best about the product?
Tasks get automatically created for you. Whether it be a task to call/add on linkedin or just view a linkedin profile sets it apart. Helps me keep organized throughout my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations on being able to reach out or touch a prospect after they have been touched within a certain time-frame. Would like to be able to touch multiple times in a day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizational issues. There is a lot to keep up with and Outreach helps.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy Outreachs ability to target accounts based on the Salesforce integration. It really makes it easy to go in and set different targeted email sequences to different people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the bugs that the system has. Every system has bugs but sometimes they get over the top when you cant load the salesforce integration for a week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We realize the benefits of being able to send targeted sequences and being able to make complicated sequence codes that send different messages based on the day or the time of year that it is. Makes it very easy to make all messages look personalized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Id highly suggest its a great company going in a good direction. Give it a shot.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can what tasks I have for the day and arrange them in a manner that is most effective for my schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that there are so many things you can do, that I haven't been able to take full use of the product and I feel that I don't have a good resource to find out all that I can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to have email & call management with Outreach. It benefits me personally by the visibility I have in scheduling things that are most important in my day-to-day.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can keep a running list of all your "to-do's" when it comes to reaching prospects. You can set tasks and reminders to call, email, message on linkedin, meet in person, and more. It's very helpful to keep track of all of the many people a sales person is reaching out to on every given day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are often connection issues that have nothing to do with the internet connection or phone line connection, but strictly an Outreach issue. The outreach team is very responsive to feedback, but this does tend to be a trend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping track of prospects - been able to stay on top of everyone I'm trying to contact and am constantly reminded of what next steps to take. It's also nice to see when people view my emails so that I can try to reach them via phone while they're hot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
it's worth every penny! Definitely a sales person's must have tool, second only to Salesforce.

Outreach - Easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is easy to integrate with my gmail for email templates and sequences. I love that is tells me when a customer has either opened or responded to my emails so I know they are online right now to take my call or respond further. It is all real time so easier to stay on top of my customers. I also like that I can coordinate my calendar in outreach for my CDR team to book more appointments for me as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a bit easier to add multiple users at a time to an email template or sequence from gmail and still have it record the activity. It also logs me out regularly so I do need to make sure I am always logging back in to keep the information flowing my way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sequences can work in the back ground for me. I have more than 100 customers and thousands of users to manage and I need the automated support that Outreach lends. I love the ease of use and ability to integrate with email and CRM tools to capture customer response as well. I have received a lot of great feedback from my own customers on the integrated calendaring link making it easy for them to book meetings with directly. Also our inside sales team can book appts for me through Outreach tool which is very helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Their templates and sequencing tools are awesome and their calendar integration is top notch! I have not personally used it to track calls but it does keep me on track for emails. linked in reminders, etc to stay on top of customer interaction.

Amazing tool for mass but personalized outreach!

What do you like best about the product?
Prior to outreach, there was a ton of copy pasting along with mistakes that would happen. Outreach helps me personalize my content just enough to find the perfect balance between efficient and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, there aren't enough notifications when emails are delivered or not delivered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an SDR, it's important to keep track of who you're reaching out to but with outreach's fast features, its sometimes hard to check, especially with automated emails. But still, a very effective way to reach out.
