Outreach is amazing for automating sales
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a great platform to scale your sales efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
No Emojis can be added to subject lines, and cannot use an email such as success@company.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a solution to scale our startup's sales, and Outreach has helped tremendously for that pain point.
Perfectly adequate
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it integrates with multiple systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
That is autologs out so often, that the password has to be changed every 3 months to something entirely new, that it doesn't allow for text follow up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sequencing leads - it's really helpful as an online task management and orginanization tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a really good tool for mass emailing, for keeping track of lots of different leads and their activity, and for creating templates, sequences, etc to use for any given situation in the sales process.
Outreach is a lifesaver!
What do you like best about the product?
As a sales rep, I really enjoy using Outreach for my prospecting campaigns. I really appreciate the level of detail within the tool - from sequences, to templates, and snippets - Prospect makes sure you have full functionality for reaching out to clients. It's so simple to set up multi-step campaigns, and Prospect will track all the data for you (i.e. open rate, click rate, bounce rate). And best of yet, it integrates seamlessly with SFDC.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not really anything I actively dislike, but just some features I don't think are necessarily useful for my day-to-day (i.e. Tasks)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving for sending manual emails and having to manually followup with prospects and clients. The benefits are that it enables me to be personal at a scaled level.

Enables me to be more efficient and organized when managing prospects and campaigns. The team continues to innovate and add new features such as LinkedIn capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email tracking can sometimes be a bit spotty. Would be great if they let you search for users that meet specific engagement parameters (two opens + click instance + title =manager and above).

Integrations with current systems and ease of sequencing.

Sometimes integrations with salesforce will disconnect.

Prospecting at scale. The ability to prospect more contacts with quality content.
Streamlining prospecting at scale
What do you like best about the product?
Automated features are the best for me in terms of generating at scale success. Tracking the amount of prospects... where they responded, which steps are working, the metrics really tell a huge story if you get into them in depth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need drag 'n' drop for reordering steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to scale sequences with targeted personas with ease... having the combo of manual emails, follow ups that are automated, LinkedIn integration (is huge) and calls as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the capabilities of cloning sequences and tailoring them to personas / industries.

What do you like best about the product?
The functionality and ease of use is what makes Outreach an amazing platform to work with. I have used other software, and this is by far one of the best out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I do not have any challenges or complaints with this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps solve the challenge of keeping email tasks and calls organized, under a single pane of glass. Having the ability to check open-rates, auto-schedule emails ahead of time, really helps me be more efficient on a day-to-day basis.
Powerful but a bit clunky
What do you like best about the product?
Does a great job of automating my daily workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflow is based internally in outreach. It would be nice to have that in Salesforce. There is also a lot going on so sometimes it's hard to see where you need to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves a lot of time and you can assure you are contacting everyone adequately. Nothing falls through the cracks.

Great way to send massive email campaigns to targeted groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a little buggy and doesn't quite behave as I'd like it to. Not always the most intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to reach out to large segmented groups and easily track who I have and haven't contacted. That's been so helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It gets the job done and is great for mass email campaigns. Definitely recommend it.
Great efficiency and organization
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has increased efficiency and organization across my team immensely and I'd recommend to any team. I like all the reporting when it comes to open and reply rates. I like how you can do A/B testing to determine which emails are better to use. I like that you can see what is scheduled to go out for the week, month, or even year if you wanted to. I really like the name as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the syncing between outreach and other CRM's can have a bit of a lag and sometimes it is hard to filter specific lists. I think overall the platform is solid and only little improvements are needed. I think that the issues that I have are small compared to how much the platform helps me increase my outbound volume. Also, there are some standard settings like how many emails can go out in a day that seem slightly unnecessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency and Organization are the main things that outreach has helped me solve and has been the main benefit for me and my team. I realize that you are able to be much more strategic when you utilize all the functions that are built into the outreach platform. Using only bits and pieces can make it hard to see the true value of the platform and how it's increasing results positively.
