What do you like best about the product?
Outreach helps me to stay up to date with tasks I need to complete in order to target my accounts and prospects effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bugs, system malfunctions, and call difficulties sometimes

Outreach has helped me efficiently prospect and target my accounts daily. Outreach has benefited me by helping me reach maximum success within my role.

What do you like best about the product?
Sleek interface, easy to send emails and make calls. Syncs with Salesforce. Makes it very easy to keep track of what my leads are doing and what changes are happening within their organizations. The ability to view updates has been vital
What do you dislike about the product?
Sync sometimes gets confused on duplicate leads, requires managerial intervention to fix the issues, no merging of leads. Occasionally logs me out and I still prefer to use gmail directly for my emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
increased productivity and efficiency
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out and see for yourself, works better than any other similar product I've used.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that there's a tool where I can track all communication (calls and emails) to prospects. I live and die by daily tasks. I love that I can see when a prospect opens an email and how many times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't tell who an email was forwarded to and if it was re-opened by the same user or not
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't like that I can't tell in one pane view which prospects have already been on what sequences. I have to do more clicks than I would like
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you don't have a tool like this it's so worth it to your sales people. I worked in logistics before and we had nothing like this. Its so nice to have a tool that keeps track of your calls and emails to keep you on track. I love the SFDC integration

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can create sequences. This really allows me to reach out to more customers by using this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the calendar feature to schedule events for other people. I think I need to mess around with it more to get more familiar but it wasn't the easiest thing to use the times I have used it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to reach out to hundreds of customers each day because a lot of it is automated. This is saving me so much time where I can work on other projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it! it has so many amazing capabilities that every business needs and will save you so much time and stress by not having to do everything manually!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the sequences in Outreach it makes it so easy and simple to go after targeted prospects. The way you can customize them for each individual task is perfect for going after different levels and personas of prospects. Being able to manage accounts and tag them for specific campaigns/sequences is great. The way tasks are organized and how you can call straight from the task is awesome. The 360 view is perfect for starting your day off and seeing what you need to complete and where your focus should be whether it's on emails or calls. I like how the tags from salesforce on each contact carry over to Outreach so you know what stage that contact might be in. Also being able to see the activity from previous months and even years is great for new reps starting out or if accounts get switched. Email templates are perfect for campaigns, you can easily make them and use them within each sequence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the sync with Salesforce CRM was better, that can cause problems when updating information on a contact. Sometimes calling from Outreach puts back bad sound and struggles from time to time to connect. I wish you could organize daily tasks by account and focus on each account then move on to the next so your messaging doesn't have to change each call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of having to prospect manually, the benefits save so much time of manual tasks. If i didn't have Outreach i would only be able to reach out to less than half the prospects I'm currently going after. The benefits are endless with Outreach, you can be as targeted as you'd like or go very broad and prospect into big groups. Solving issues with not being able have organized prospecting for each rep and each account they are going after.

Man, it's hard to find something to not enjoy about Outreach.

Great tool to enhance your CRM

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily email, call and track correspondence with prospects. Integration with CRM and lead generation tools are great. The Outreach Everywhere tool is a big bonus
What do you dislike about the product?
The tasks section of my dashboard hasn't been working recently. Although the customer support team was quick to act, they weren't abe to find what the issue was.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problems being solved are the ability to track all correspondence and have a history of all outreach to prospects. Also the ability to have automated emails mixed in our sequences in a seamless fashion.

What do you like best about the product?
At my past companies, we used a software called Yesware. Outreach has been a huge step upon from that kind of software. Great integration with Salesforce. Required minimum ramp up time to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I will get sassy answers back, ones with no real thought put, or completely different answers from the reps -- making me start at Square 1. A lot of the troubleshooting has been DYI. Please create a better process! This has only been with ONE SDR, I can only imagine a team of 30 all having issues.
