Good Functionality but Buggy
What do you like best about the product?
Email tracking/logging in SFDC, cadence of email/call management, intuitive for users, integrated outbound dialer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outbound dialer has many bugs/often does not work. Outreach support is terrible, response times can be more than a day and typically do not address the issues until several emails in. No phone support that we have been made aware of, email only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cadence management is helpful and automated local dial is good when the dialer is working.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not use Outreach Voice. Do not use Outreach if you use Outlook Desktop Client.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of integration, ability to make custom sequences, schedule time of delivery, tracking deliverability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to code for day of the week messaging, could be made more user friendly. A lot of emails randomly don't send. No notification if a sequence isn't send due to restrictions in place, would be nice to know if the email is actually going to go out. Some servers read as open/clicked immediately upon receipt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cold email outreach, email marketing, email followup.

Do a trial, make sure it implements well with your systems and processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Once you decide who you want to reach (and put them into a "sequence") you don't have to remember to reach out to that person. Outreach creates tasks for you to call/email/etc. The result is a lot more activity in far less time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss the direct sync with LinkedIn--the chrome extension is nice but it used to be way easier. I know this isn't an Outreach problem, but more on LinkedIn's side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
book more meetings with qualified prospects, gauge interest via email opens

If you have a sales team, especially outbound, this tool is a must have for tracking and maintaining activity.

The tracking and ability to see opens, from location to amount of times.

Not much i dislike - i like the product quite a bit

The benefit is seeing who has opened the email which then prompts me to call and set a meeting

What do you like best about the product?
It makes my work day so much easier. I am able to get work done faster and more efficiently because of how much help outreach is. My work would not be effective without the system.

At first I thought it could be a bit better of a layout but they recently updated and the lay out works great. I am able to stay very organized with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides the benefit of keeping my emails concise and organized in my day to day tasks.

the ability to call and email prospects from Outreach in a quick and timely manner. I love that it give you info on the company and tasks you when you need to reach out to them

nothing really at this point. I would love the ability to create sequences myself instead of our admin only being able to, but I believe that is able to be changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would absolutely not be able to prospect the way I do without outreach. It helps me to send off automatic emails and tasks me when I need to shoot them a call. It keeps all my notes in a secured place.

What do you like best about the product?
Automated outreach via sequences, strategic plays, and various types of touch-points is incredible. I'm much more effective and efficient because of the ability to set schedules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading contact reports from Salesforce is sometimes dirty and you get bad data when you're trying to make a quick, large-scale, play. Reporting is great on small batches of prospects, testing subject lines is cool, but there I would love for all of this to scale. Chrome plug-in and integrations with salesforce contact data can be wonky.

Prospecting, marketing, strategic break-ins to target accounts. Analyzing the effectiveness of email copy and best practices for cadences that get attention.

Great Email Automation and Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is very user friendly and intuitive. Continually becoming smarter and each new feature is something that is useful. It really allows you to send mass emails that don't feel like mass emails. So many options for personalization and the outreach feature within gmail makes life so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are errors with mapping to SFDC at times which can be frustrating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to mass send leads like we haven't been able to before and actually collect usable data to improve who we are targetting and how we are talking to them. The amount of data that is at your disposal to then make educated sales decisions on is amainz.

Outreach has allowed me to build pipeline at scale with a sequence function that has been a game changer for me.

Building pipeline at scale can be a challenge and outreach allows me to fill that need.
