Fantastic platform for enabling sales development
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach was amazing for task based outbound. Outreach allows you to set up tasks for account based outbound and then complete them depending on what type of cadence you build. I really loved the Linkedin integration, making it very easy to utilize the sales navigator functionality. Because outreach has a dashboard with daily tasks to complete, it easily gives you can idea of what needs to be done to hit daily and weekly metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support was typically pretty slow and it always took a while to figure out the problem. Also the platform seemed to suffer from performance issues at times, slowing down to a crawl and making it tough to use on several occasions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task based outbound is easy in outreach, and after using both Salesloft and outreach, it is much easier to use Outreach. However both platforms are equally effective so it can come down to personal preference.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you learn how to effectively use the tool. There is so much more than just the email functionality. The Linkedin feature is second to none.

Trying to build relationships with as many prospects as possible

I like the ability to track the information from one call to follow up in the future and pick up where the conversation left off

I wish there were ways to better track if an email was delivered without it being opened and also if there was a spam reviewer to advise if an email looks like spam.

We are able to have transparency into touches on prospects.
Love this platform! Very intuitive and makes tasks a breeze.

I love how easy Outreach.io is to use. As a BDR it's important that my pipeline is always full and with Outreach, I get help managing my cadence.

Nothing so far. I have a character minimum for some reason so we'll fill this section...

Email/ call sequencing / candence

I like how you can track the status of each email, when it is opened, if it has been replied to, ooo, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how you cant bulk upload a list of contacts and if you can it is hard to figure out how.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It organizes my emails, syncs with Salesforce, allows to make automatically sending sequences.
The All in One Prospecting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to send a large amount of emails automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it was easier to sort my prospects by their respective roles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to keep my prospecting organized. The issue before was that I was prospecting into so many people that it was difficult to keep them together.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Outreach is absolutely the best prospecting tool on the market. I know other sales organizations using other tools and they simply do not stack up.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you're able to sequence a huge contact list at once in order to save time. It's great that outreach auto fills the business name as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes outreach does not sync up properly to Salesforce and you have to reupload customer lists. It can be a little frustrating to have to find that specific list once again. Not sure if this is an issue on outreach or salesforces end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to find a quick way to mass email my contacts, taking them further into the conversion funnel, without taking a lot of time. Plus customizable sequences automatically reply to those who don't respond in a certain amount of time.
Great Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is great for streamlining sales cycle and drip campaigns for prospects. I love how it integrates with Salesforce and makes logging and keeping track of needed information. I would also like to say that prospect profiles are very nicely laid out and all information, even some items I would not think of, are readily available which makes you that much more effective when reaching out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find something that i dislike... It works great with my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not letting things slip through the cracks with regards to drip campaigns and timely contacts.
No way to do sales effectively without it

The automation and customer service is great. It keeps my workflow moving constantly and works even when I am not.

The UI could use improving, some things are difficult to navigate and awkwardly placed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales outreach. We have 5x the amount of prospects we can reach on a weekly basis.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to set myself tasks, so that I can power through numerous calls with a methodical approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more integration with SFDC and also our calling platform (we use Dialpad but hoping to use Dialbot soon).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It improves my workflow, as I can set up my day with tasks. However, it's difficult for me to find certain groups of prospects in my tasks if I have a large amount (thousands).
