Increase speed, reduce redundancy
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and helps you prioritize your day. Especially from an SDR function
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reporting and visibility were easier to use, understand. Also, it's text based only, not HTML.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed to market. Reduction of redundant tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The sequence structure and features within the sequence tab are incredibly helpful for streamlining our ADR productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the analytics capabilities, but Outreach seems to be addressing this to understand how to measure success more efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure we are getting the appropriate amount of touches out to our prospects. We can actually not strategically prospect our target accounts with the help of Outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to navigate around the platform and add prospects to campaigns. Tasks are great!

Doesn't integrate with Ring DNA very well, but I think our company is getting off Ring DNA and moving to Outreach to call

I've been booking more meetings and making more money with such an easy interface

An Always Advancing Tool For An Always Advancing Workforce
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach allows me to be a data scientist on my sales process. I design everything from my snippets and email templates, sequences, meeting types, and marketing funnels through outreach. The system is designed to allow me to try many things at once, and learn what is going to work best for me and my company or process. Everybody is different, and this tailors the system to make me most effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are hang-ups with being able to link inbound email respondents to outreach when there are multiple respondents in the email. I want to be able to click a button, and import everyone in an email thread as a contact in outreach. Even the ability to edit multiple contacts all at once. I need to be able to add contacts faster, and then sync them with salesforce, all in one move in few seconds/actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to quickly know who I have contacted, who is being contacted, and who I need to contact. That means I'm able to manage my email pipeline, and ultimately drive actions which will yield revenue.
Through the use of custom sequences built on custom templates, I have been able to make marketing funnels that work better than my colleagues. The ability to compare data is helpful for seeing where bottlenecks occur in the email funnel system.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a core tool in any business that needs to prospect and contact leads in mass/bulk. You can build any successful marketing business using Salesforce, Outreach, G-Suite, and something like Datanyze or Clearbit.
Really useful tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to sequence and track prospects by completing a list of "tasks". It makes it easy to call 100 people in a row in a few hours. I also can't imagine working as a market development representative without it. It's really easy to track what you've done in a day, especially with dashboard integrations with SalesForce.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's one main glitch I've encountered--sometimes when you press "play" on list of tasks it doesn't work. It also could be more intuitive, but since it's a very robust tool it's fair that simplicity of use isn't one of its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my team stay on track and reach out to as many prospects as possible. It helps my team stay focused and automatically sends emails to people who we're targeting. Our team would probably be half as productive without it.

I recommend it, period.
Personalized cold email at scale
What do you like best about the product?
We've tried many outbound email platforms with varying degrees of success. Outreach has made it simple to send high volumes of cold (and personalized) outbound email.
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't offer self service pricing but instead require you to speak to someone on their sales team. Pricing for the core email platform begins at $1,200/year/seat with discounts available for larger organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach allows us to send highly personalized cold email to potential prospects with minimal effort from our end.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything is automated and the emails that we get of updates on how to use it better. Seriously such a huge help for me and anyone else that is new to the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is not a whole lot I dislike about the platform. I do think it is nice to send individualized emails and I do that through my normal email, but Outreach is incredible for outreaching bulk customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to outreach a bulk amount of people at the same time. I was not able to do that with any other programs I have used before.

Use it for what it is worth. It is really awesome if you use it correctly!
Great Way To Generate Leads
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can create custom campaigns and have a task automatically generate when someone clicks on one of links in your message. This lets me know what they were watching and what to talk about when I call them on a follow up call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to get back to the previous screen you were one. I wish there was a tab to view the tasks within a specific sequence. If I click on a task and look at that contact, then I have to go back to the beginning again to get back to the other tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More leads. I have closed a lot of deals from my Outreach campaign.
Changing the Market
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you are able to see how many times someone has viewed your emails, and that you can also see it in a list form in the Outreach Window.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a while my outreach window wasn't integrating with Salesforce properly and no one on our IT team was able to figure it out. It finally reconfigured but it was still a hassle in the interim.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What emails are affective by who opens them. The benefits are that it makes my workflow so much more manageable.

Sequences! I love outreach and couldn't imagine being in sales without it!

There seem to be a lot of glitches. I also don't think we can do conference calling yet.
