Great way to integrate sales platforms and make your day to day easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you are able to track clicks, opens, replies right from your email inbox

Not much I dislike about outreach - great tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is so easy to track people in cadences, makes auto-prospecting so easy.

I like that I can use it for mass blast campaigns as well as targeted emails that are strategic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pretty big learning curve for new users and it has a lot of options I don't utilize. Not necessarily that they are bad just I do not find value in them.

Making my sales campaign & cadence easier. Also helps me keep on track.

Outreach is a great way for me to reach more contacts without sacrificing quality or organization.

There are occasional glitches with different features, but the support team usually handles issues quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach has been revolutionary for our business. Now we can be more strategic about the way we begin conversations with our contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of finding all the info and how it controls my SFDC activities, as well as all the templates, snippets, and sequences I can set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a couple of glitches, but the support team fixed them right away. It took a while because my drag and drop for pdfs wasn't absorbing them, but then it came through after Gabe got in touch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gained velocity in my sales queue. Accessing info and links quickly, as well as tracking emails faster.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It really helps with SFDC and repetitive sales processes.
A good step forward for sales professionals
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create custom snippets & templates is a big time saver. I often write emails, with 20-30% of the content being custom and the remaining 70-80% being content that I'll repurpose from a snippet or template. This is extremely helpful not having to copy and paste this information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still struggle with how to best manage follow up activities and my personal workflow. Not everything needs to be in a sequence so is it best to create a task or have an email bumped back to your inbox? The task interface within Outreach leaves a lot to be desired, specifically when trying to draft an email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps tremendously when you are trying to prospect. It helps provide organization and structure around who you're trying to target, the message you send and you're follow up. I have had a few people positively reply to me after a 3 or 4 step sequence.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We also considered Salesloft. We felt that Outreach had a cleaner and slightly more intuitive interface.
Good tool, but still needs a little love
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach helps me stay on top of my prospecting so much better! It tells me when a prospect is high engaged and helps me prioritize my outreachs (pun intended). It also allows me to build sequences so I can streamline my reach outs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is still pretty clunky. There's so much functionality that often times the page is hard to read. Particularly if you're making calls with custom emails in a sequence. It's also still pretty slow, but faster than it was last year!

Speeding up prospecting and not letting so much slip through the cracks!

Fix your UI and load times before adding more functionality! I love your product, but it can be highly frustrating. f
Full Visibility & Fast Communication
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you are able to see if someone has opened your email and how many times they have opened it. In addition, I really love the 'Snippets' feature which allows me to quickly insert some of my most common phrases/sentences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a little glitchy, most especially the meeting/calendar feature. Whenever I send my calendar link to people, it does not work (it will say try again later). I no longer use this feature via Outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clear and quick communication - I have realized that I am able to power through my emails much quicker and respond to clients in a timely manner.
Outreach gets me responses while I sleep
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can set-up a sequence of emails over a long period of time to engage and re-engage a potential lead until they reply. I'm reaching out to potential customers all over the world and Outreach is smart enough to only send email to contacts during their working hours so there's a less likely chance your email is lost in the midnight shuffle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything yet that I don't like. I don't use Outreach as my entire CRM and only use it to send marketing emails and for that it's all good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to send tons of emails to many prospects without having to remember to follow-up. I can see when an email is opened and if they responded. You get OOO responses and Outreach is smart enough to recognize the response is an OOO and continues sending your email sequence until the sequence ends or you get a response.
3 years a charm
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy outreach because of the dialing and task experience. Loading lists and sending bulk or tailored emails is also a great perk. I love the A/B testing, and the outreach chrome extension.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how siloed the data is. It's difficult to pull lists or to get an at a glance view of who's opened the emails in a large task list. Sometimes, using the search field doesn't even work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is solving the emailing and outreach portion of my sales process. This helps me to target specific audiences and keep up with tasks.
