I love it!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to have a solid understanding of who my prospect is before I even contact them. Outreach allows me to see where they are located in the world, the weather, and ties in Linkedin so I can see work history. It's an amazing help in the aspect of ice breakers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and then I'll see issues where the weather isn't loading but that could be a problem of having the data on the specific prospect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to perform to the best of my abilities in my role. I work as an Account Development Rep and I truly have everything I need to succeed. It's helping the team as a whole to find more verticles, more prospects, and create more business.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love the automation. Its make it really easy to add a prospect to a cadences. There are so many integrations that really make the life of an SDR easier and completely effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I dont like is that it is buggy at times. I think this is a fairly new tool but over all amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large inbound funnel that needs more automation for SDRs to make more touches on leads.

Sequencing allows you to set and forget email follow ups and then see who's opened and create tasks to make follow up calls
What do you dislike about the product?
The Gmail extension is a bit clunky, also when someones not in outreach and you want to add a sequence from gmail it should auto import their contact info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email management & tracking. Reach more people
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a great tool if you put the time in it and manage the contacts well. You need to set it up in the right way so that all of your contacts are organized in the right accounts and then use it to track email opens to make follow up calls. It can be frustrating if you try to go to fast and theres not enough time spent on keeping your contacts organized.

With as many potential customers as I need to reach, I can't imagine doing my job without Outreach
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always intuitive. It sometimes takes me a while to figure out how to perform certain tasks such as pausing a sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to reach a large audience and make it look personalized to each company. I know when they read my email and can follow-up quickly to strike while the iron is hot

Get it. I can't imagine trying to reach as many potential customers as I need to without it.

I like the ability reach out to my book of business and segment campaigns to specific target groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes sequences continue to send emails after the recipient has replied. gets really annoying if you've been in contact with the end-user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm in business development, so to have a tool that can help me reach out to multiple leads is very powerful in my line of work.

Leverage this tool, its easier to disseminate information to clients, end-user's, book of business, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the tracking on when the client opens emails and clicks links is the best feature. I also like the feature where it's picking up the phone number from email signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't always have faith that the information regarding when an email is opened is being tracked accurately, especially when an email is forwarded or has multiple recipients. Also i feel like having gmail extension sometimes adds bugs like when the I want to send. I'll sometime have to login/logout of gmail several times just to get the email to send. Lots of wasted time.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach makes sending email to a specific group of people extremely easy. As long as you keep the group of people you are sending emails to relatively targeted, Outreach really helps sales representatives send relevant content to more people quickly and easily. As an SDR, I can't speak Outreach's praises enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's still difficult to keep track of and view the different sequences written in Outreach. Additionally, Outreach's dialer seems to be fairly unsupported at this point which is a real bummer because we recently implemented Outreach Dialer for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps us send, track, and measure the success of our inbound and outbound campaigns to prospects. It's really a great tool for sending relevant emails to groups of people at mass and measuring the success of that email outreach.
