What do you like best about the product?
I like the UX a lot
I like having calling and texting and email and linkedin all in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish I could send things out in more specific batches - add someone to the same sequence and have it go out at 3 and another group go out right now and another group tomorrow at 4 etc.
wish there wasn't a throttle and that we didn't get cut off after x amount of bounces
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
consolidated leads
more organized than sfdc and easier to navigate
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Might take a little bit to get used to but way worth it

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to target my prospects with sequences tailored to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe Outreach is still a relatively new tool, so there are a few bumps, such as slow load time, but nothing major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to strategically target my prospects. With just Salesforce, I was all over the place. Outreach helps greatly with organization.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily craft, customize, and duplicate sequences and emails. This makes collaboration very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is really meant to be a sales enablement tool. You can adapt it for customer success purposes, but it requires a fair degree of customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing engagement among customers. Outreach is perfect for getting customers to schedule webinars and meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customizability creating different sequences. Also the Support is always there to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes within the UI, it is hard to understand what kind of error there is

We are solving the everyday workflow for BDR's to keep everyone on task, as well as being able to track KPI's

What do you like best about the product?
How simple it is to use, track my out put, tracking my prospects engagement, notifications are also great. Adding the LinkedIn integration is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
i wish there was a better or more accurate account engagement tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass outreach to accounts. Organizing my day with an application like outreach helps me prioritize and stay on task.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes if you are in the market for one of these solutions Outreach does it all.

What do you like best about the product?
UI friendly, robust set of features. Ease of template creation and reusability is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finicky. Sometimes, the plugins are unstable. Every now and then, the plug-in disappears from Gmail and it looks like outreach was never there. Templates are either viewable by all or nobody. I'd really like segmentation as there are different groups using the outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into how people engage with my emails, email template reusability across team
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great for the SDR power user. Good for the AE/Channel user.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to view who has seen or clicked on my emails in real time. Other benefits include tailoring messages within sequences based on the title of my prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is the users are limited to a certain number of emails per week and day. It limits your capacity to automate your email campaigns. We aren't able to edit campaigns if there are active prospects. Should be able to edit the messaging on the fly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to reach many people in a targeted messaging campaign. The benefits are automating a process that could be time consuming.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider how many emails you need your team to send each day or week. Outreach will limit the number to 2k a day or 5k a week.

What do you like best about the product?
Tasks, 360 View (when it works), going through tasks, account and prospect notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Account notes don’t load, and can’t be added.
Individual prospects aren’t showing up in the account notes field, that I know should be there. For example, Adel Bekheit at SC Johnson.

Slow, lag.
Note taking during phone calls, dialing numbers and extensions, trying to hang up, clicking any button at all has a huge lag. This has been the case for 8 months +.

Can’t bulk compete or finish prospects from tasks or sequences. Can’t even do this one at a time from Task View.

Put Lead Source in the Prospect Profile

Marking a prospect “Finished” shouldn’t kick them out of the queue, to where you have to go hunt them down to get more info or provide more notes.

Still some confusion on ending a prospect in one sequence and move them to another sequence.

When closing out the little black task view tab on the right, why does the screen have to automatically revert back to the 360 View?

Stop Automatic Advance:
Stop auto-advancing to the next task. It just makes everything more complicated/confusing.

Search for prospects with multiple tags (and/or)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of prospects, following up with them. Viewing who I have spoken to, etc. Listing accounts and prospects in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's the best prospecting tool out there, but I wish it was better.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple the platform is and easy to understand layout. The support staff is quick and helps a ton. So nice to track all your emails in terms of views
What do you dislike about the product?
They do update alot of times and change the layout but other than that its been so much easier to use than other crm. If they didnt update it so often iut would be perfect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to keep tract of current and potential customers.I love that you can see how many times the prospect has viewed the email.

Amazing Sales Outreach tool - The BEST out there!

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, intuitive nature of software, amazingly powerful. Has almost all features that you can think of in a sales prospecting tool. \
I have trialed a number of tools and a lot of them are similar to Outreach, but then none really come close to the feature and functionality that Outreach has. It is truly an invaluable tool for sales development.

I have used this tool for inbound leads and outbound leads. For inbound leads, it was directly connected with our Salesforce, which was in-turn connected to Marketo. So everytime an inbound lead comes in, it would auto-populate into Outreach, drop into a sequence and generate a task for the SDR. For outbounding, it is a great tool to manage all your outbound accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. I really love Outreach and the support team.

To be super critical, it has some learning curve. Yes it is easy to use, but then I did have to teach it to new users. And that is just because of the nature of the tool. It has complex functionalities. To learn the basics is super easy, but then to really understand and uncover the true potential of Outreach, you really need to spend time and effort in learning it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better tool to manage inbound and outbound leads. It has helped automate work for both inbound and outbound SDR. Has made the Sales Development Team's life easy!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Amazing tool. You cannot run Pre-Sales/Sales Development department without this!
