What do you like best about the product?
The integration with gmail is fantastic/Outreach everywhere is a very useful tool to streamline day-to-day processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach Everywhere tends to be a glitchy tool that often shuts down/is not responsive. It is getting better though! I use google chrome web browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emailing companies/prospects to inform them about our solution -- allows me to have a systematic approach to my daily "outreach"
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've used Yesware in the past & Outreach seems a bit more intuitive. If deciding between the two I'd say go outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the self-sequencing that can be done without a reminder from me. It makes communication much easier and the task column reminds me of everything I need to do before the end of the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sidebar sometimes becomes very confusing when using along the side of other webpages which makes me forget in which webpage the side bar is on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating efficiently between me and the possible customer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to implement your lead-search platform into Outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to reach all my clients in a custom way efficiently
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when editing the templates, the formatting can be tricky. Minor bug
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching all of my clients with updates, and keeping a constant stream of communication without it taking all of my time is by far the best benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a great tool for keeping on top of email sequences. It has a LOT of features and a great integration with Gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the amount of features that Outreach has can make it feel clunky and hard to navigate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach helps sales people keep on top of proper email and outreach cadences.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make the UI more obvious and put labels on the tabs so we don't have to hover over to see if it's tasks, sequences, templates, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to track emails. Also like the snippets capability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach is not user-friendly and contains too much information for the necessities of a sales rep. Instead of focusing on the basics, it often adds new products that are not very necessary and make the platform over the top. Outreach also promotes automation and takes away from the personalization of email outreach. Also need grammarly to integrate with your plugin (kinda crucial component that takes away from the platform)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
allows for automation. not sure if this is a benefit however
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's almost there, but needs to clean up the basics and make the core functionalities easy (i.e. making a streamlined sequencing mechanism)

What do you like best about the product?
The sequence creation process is simple and the integration with Salesforce, LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator are really useful
What do you dislike about the product?
Changing settings of a sequence is not that easy the localisation and opening features are not really accurate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily sales prospection through Outreach. I have benefited a more organised and efficient daily workflow

What do you like best about the product?
There are a plethora of options when it comes to customizing how you use the software. It helps keeps foollow up dicipline. Great for follow ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
They should add an ability where you can send e-mails from different e-mails alias without the need to set up another account. The ability to chnge the time that e-mals are sent out to a company at one time so everyone at the company does not get an e-mail at the sametime and tigger spam filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A tool that sits between the CRM and outbound prospecting to help keep everything in line.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't use it as a tool to spam people. The tools if used correctly can be very valuable. If you spam you risk prospects getting mad at your.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the email tracking that outreach does and alerts that come with it, the integration with gmail is amazing. I also like the ease of sequences I can setup and time to go out when I want and that there is a combination of email and phone call. The email templates are also great. It is very easy to use and I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ther's not much to dislike other than I wish there was an integration with our CRM, Copper. That would be extremely useful for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving all of my sales email problems for initial outreach and prospecting as well as followup.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend outreach to others considering it.

A great Sales Engagement Tool

What do you like best about the product?
The UI on the tool is really great. This makes using the tool an easy seamless process and is very straightforward and easy to use. The ability to have a view on what you need to do for the day and upcoming is great and allows for you to work more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes their dialer is iffy we have had periods of time where the dialer has gone down and and we need to contact support to get it back up. This wouldn't be an issue if it happened once, but it happens every so often which can hinder the ability to dial out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
better manage or engagement, tracking, touches, and communication with potential prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Relatively easy to use
Flexibility to balance automation with personalized messaging
Huge time saver
Effective for A/B testing of subject lines, messaging, special offers, etc.
Great leadership (I.e. Manny the CEO) who is focused on keeping up with trends and customer feedback
We've had great support and ongoing training on team calls.
They have some SFDC integration capabilities which are valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see continued development of the calling functionality and call recording. For example there is no key word searching in the recorded calls and they could add call evaluations for managers to use it as a feedback tool. Outreach could develop more into a sales automation and analytics platform in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of messaging to a wide range of inbound and outbound leads. We've been able to reach and engage with far more people than we would have with writing emails manually. Most reps give up too early on leads and Outreach helps solve that problem.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Develop a policy/guidelines for how much content you want your reps to develop vs. leveraging what may be available from Marketing.
