Great experience and sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite tools to use. I've used this both as a BDR and AE and it definitely streamlines your process so you can actually focus on selling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I got more information on new features, sometimes it feels like they're just getting rolled out and I'm not maximizing those features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlines and automates the process of emails. I can still focus on manually curating better emails to decision makers, but being able to automate that process helps a lot. I can also track to see if they've opened my email or clicked my email, which is helpful for me in terms of my outbound activity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to streamline your process, this definitely helps sales teams across all industries
AWFUL Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like its functionality, how to send sequences, the plugin, integration with some application we use like LeadIQ and Sendgrid; nice filters to find contacts and smart views, has very nice features that help us with our outbound marketing process
What do you dislike about the product?
their customer support is just AWFUL, we've had not one but several issues that have required from their support, but support is just a nice word for them because they don't represent real good support, they act like they don't care about your situation and as if it was your problem and not theirs, every time we need to open a ticket we know that we barely are going to receive a solution

Outreach is a good tool, however, their support is just painful

What do you like best about the product?
It is a CRM that has all the necessary tools to create in an orderly and efficient way the tasks of purchases and sales that are going to be carried out, with scheduled schedules and schedules that always lead to having a better control of the time in the work of the advisors of sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
the compatibility with files of other similar programs is very limited, this is something quite annoying, since many times it is not possible to do absolutely everything in a single application, and you need to add or edit things that you have done in another place, in my case, I only have Outreach, in my office, sometimes I have work to do at home, but I am limited, since what I do, I will not be able to visualize it in my place of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The effectiveness and speed of our sales consultants, never before had been so good, the scheduling of tasks provided by Outreach provides a better one for each of them, with an optimal itinerary for both employees and owners, see an ideal option in this application.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The interface can improve, especially the sequencing section, the information found in this specific area, it seems that everything will be too close, or that there is no place to place more information, and one can be confusing having so much data in one same place.
Sales Enablement
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to pilot this prior to a full rollout and very easy to get up and running quickly. The seamless connectivity with Outlook email and calendar (Office 365) is great and it genuinely drives results. We have seen incredible open rates with our sales emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The opportunity functionally could be improved a little and sometimes the formatting of emails can be tricky, but stick to using on Google Chrome and this becomes much less of an issue.

Great Outbound Sales Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love that this software is so heavily focused on outbound sales. It is helping our business development team work through sequences and focus on specific prospects until qualified or disqualified.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am new to the outreach platform and the only thing is the interface can be a little intimidating. The online learning platform is great for working through different parts of the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is helping streamline our prospecting efforts and lets me know the exact number of tasks I have to complete by the end of day.
Easy to use tech platform
What do you like best about the product?
The texting, email automation, small screen size for easy usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email always asks for configuration. takes a long time to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
managing leads and not loosing track of them

Easy to Learn Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach makes it very easy to input statistics about prospects and keep track of their location and job titles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach makes it difficult to track whether prospects and leads are OOO or in-office, or whether or not their sequences have been paused or they are active.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM, lead-generation, lead-tracking, organization. We have been able to better work as a team because we can plainly see who is in our system and what stages they have gone through in the pipeline.
Just Onboarded
What do you like best about the product?
The out of the box analytics are strong and their set-up team is very helpful. The Salesforce individual we worked with did everything and made sure to ask lots of questions in order to integrate the systems the way we wanted.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a little busy and segmented. Most likely because they have the ability to let you look at things many different ways and have lots of features, but it also appears as though features kept getting built that ended up hurting the UX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better tracking of what is working and not working across our BDR team.
Easy to Use - Slow to Respond
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Outreach is fairly self-explanatory; anyone can pick it up and use it for day-to-day sales functions. It's fairly seamless and easy to manage across team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very slow to respond, and requires a lot more manual entry than other programs. You have to manually go in and edit different prospect stages, which takes away a lot of time from necessary sales work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer Relationship Management, Prospecting, Email tracking and management, email cadences. It is easy to track who is opening certain emails and who is responding to certain subject lines.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look into Salesforce - although more expensive it is much more intuitive and will save your sales teams a lot of time in the long run.

Outreach definitely makes my workflow easier. I can't imagine doing the work of a BDR without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach can be pretty slow sometimes and I often find myself wishing there were slightly simpler ways to navigate around in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use outreach to better enable myself to reach out to potential prospects. I definitely get more reps in with Outreach and stay better organized than I would by myself
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I haven't used other tools besides outreach to best enable my prospecting but as far as I know, I couldn't not use it and do my job to the same extent I do now.
