Outreach is helpful, but difficult to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is beautifully designed. The customer support specialists are friendly and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach isn't intuitive. My coworkers and I constantly ask each other how to do basic functions, like move prospects to a sequence without it sending automatically. It's not clear what the consequences of a click in Outreach might be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Outreach to help the Sales team market our website content. It has streamlined the Marketing and Sales department's efforts. I also like that I can see who has opened my emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to read up on Outreach's product documentation before you dive into the product. Outreach has the features you need, but you probably won't know where to find them.

User interface is very friendly.
Reporting is excellent as well
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing I can think of seriously. Sometimes it get lost in admin area.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach allows us to hyper-prospect with their bulk upload feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could assign tasks to individuals and avoid issues of between users.

Outreach allows us to prospects at scale, unlike any other platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Sequencing with Outreach is incredibly easy, they do a lot of the leg work so you can get started straight away.

I love that you can see everyone in your team's results which allows you to improve together.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the Salesforce integration can be clunky at times when importing new prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating opportunities. I find Outreach helps keep track of your day to day allowing you to optimize productivity.

Great tool for working with a big team

What do you like best about the product?
It makes my job easier and I don't have to rely as heavily on others to get what I need done. The Customer Success team is also very helpful and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike is 100% user error - it's just the ability to mess something up on a really big scale, like emailing hundreds of people on accident, but thats par for the course with systems like this. Outreach has by far been my favorite that I've worked with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main benefit is easy execution of team wide initiatives, all within one spot.

See how you can work Outreach into your outbound efforts - it's great for sales & customer success.

What do you like best about the product?
The layout and style of Outreach is very modern and makes it very easy to use. I would say the way the platform functions and looks is what makes it easiest to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how some of the tasks function - doesn't seem very intuitive in how you organize your day. There doesn't seem to be a lot of customization there and in that instance, Salesloft does it better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to people in my Salesforce lists, tracking email opens and replies, sales engagement

What do you like best about the product?
easy to use and the ability to keep up with your leads along the sales process

Some features are a little clunky and not everything on there is relevant to user

solving ability to keep prospects interest along sales cycle. no prospect goes untouched and everything looks customized.

What do you like best about the product?
I've enjoyed being able to automate outreach to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I didn't need to add contacts into the system. Tout will automatically sync to SFDC based on the email address, I wish Outreach could do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proactive outreach to customers, and keeping it organized.

Make sure you need the full functionality.
