Conducive to a real qorkflow
What do you like best about the product?
I love the triggers and having tasks created from prospect activity. It helps me focus my time on people that are more likely to respond. I'm also a big fan of the separate window for completing tasks - it makes it so easy to keep relevant information at my fingertips while I'm calling or writing emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a whole lot to dislike, but I do wish there was an easier way to look holistically at what prospects are being worked and in what sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a tool that's more conducive to an outbound workflow. Having things like triggers helps to highlight those tasks that are seeing a high level of activity and pushing them to the top of my task list rather than waiting for me to search through my activity list.
Outreach Maiden Voyage
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is an awesome tool. It has greatly improved our outbound email and calling engagement and increased the number of prospects we can reach in a given day. I really like the ability to see the breakdown of calls, emails, tasks so we can report on productivity and adjust accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike logging in every day to outreach. I know this is not a huge problem, but would be really cool if Outreach could integrate with our authentication tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From a management perspective, Outreach is solving a huge business problem of being able to accurately report on productivity. Because everything is tracked, it's easy to see top performers and areas that need improvement. It's also awesome that Outreach activity history shows in Salesforce which makes it easy for reps to see prior activity with a prospect/account.

I like the sequencing and snippets for manual emails

It would be better if updates to prospects/contacts would automatically sync with Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the system of sequencing e-mails and templates to assist the cold calling that we do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connection drops, but they are responsive to tickets submitted.

A way to call prospects and the benefit of searching back through records.

I would use it. They are helpful and the technology is very useful.
Growing Outreach's use day by day
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a tool that's got pretty much all the necessary functionalities...you can schedule all your appointments, calls, emails and tasks concerning a specific prospects or group of prospects and get the relevant notifications, it integrates very well with your calendar, mailbox and salesforce and gives you a lot of flexibility in terms of creating and using your own custom sequences, templates and snippets. Lastly, great reporting with a lot of insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Prospect syncing with salesforce doesn't always work. Every time you add a new user, you also have to set up syncing of their prospects with salesforce and this also doesn't always work, which makes it very manual afterwards. Voip quality is not always great, which makes calling via outreach a bit problematic. This is not directly outreach's issue, but it makes it use a bit more difficult to adopt by the sales reps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a tool that can provide a complete telesales solution, as you can gather all your leads in one place, assign them easily to different reps and most importantly monitor and report in great detail their performance, effort and results, something that is very useful for the sales managers and leads.
Time saver & constant innovation
What do you like best about the product?
They are the clear winner in sales email automation, and they really listen to feedback. The amount of new, impactful features they release in even 6 months is impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company is a more mature one with a lot of moving pieces so we chose to implement more slowly to make sure each piece was adopted and fit into our workflow. It took longer than anticipated, but was worth it.

Great platform, very robust, lacks certain integrations
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to get started and create sequences. Outreach offers some powerful triggers to automate the workflows of prospects between sequences. Solid team functionalities and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Salesforce is a bit painful. I wish they offer at least a Zapier integration to quickly add inbound prospects into Outreach and add them to sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Following up with inbound leads. Automate outbound outreach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great platform, does what it promises. The only downside is the lack of integration with Zapier (for now)
Increased Activity!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and easy to get your sales reps to use. This tool has gone from a nice to have to a must have. When you think about the number of interactions that it takes to get a prospects attention today, trying to do so without help from technology would be very difficult.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not have advanced triggering capabilities...i.e. some outcome in one sequence can't trigger the start of another sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistent prospect and customer engagement. Huge win in terms of shear number of activities completed.

As many companies are using tools like this today, check out how this might integrate with your other tools to add additional value.
Outreach is the best!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the functionality that Outreach has. I create a lot of sequences, so I use Outreach everyday. A lot of custom options and features. I love the feature that allows me to see when prospects open emails and which links they are clicking on. The sequencing and templates have been a real game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative thing I can say about Outreach is the ability to include a calendar. I wish it had this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes my job much easier. I can create custom sequences and manage open rates and replies. It has saved me a lot of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it is a no brainer. I would and have recommended this product to multiple people. I can't imagine my day without it.
Must have for any B2B sales rep
What do you like best about the product?
As a very forgetful person, a system like this is a must in order to not have prospects slip through the cracks never to be seen again. Being able to create fully automated tasks that flow into other sequences is a big bonus. A must-have for any sales rep in outside sales/prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better note taking system and you could further separate types of tasks. They can over update the UI and have taken out some functionality that myself and my entire team has had their process disrupted by. updates are good but updating major UI functions too often will just upset people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to both increase the volume of my outreach, as well as the quality and organization.
