the sequences and how they organize my day.

time delays, sometimes the calls don't hang up or log.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
creating touch points with potential clients. using my day in the most efficient manner. keep track of every ICP.
Excellent AB testing and analysis
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to intuitively AB test messaging across sequences! Outreach makes it so easy to use - you can clone, tweak, and test another set of tests in seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of historical data. I want to see my open rate / reply rate / etc change over time in a simple line graph. Currently, we have to manually export and track metric changes every few days, and then manually tie strategic changes by date to those metrics. If Outreach could have a simple historical line graph for each metric, then dots on the graph where sequence edits were made - I'd give this an 11/10.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently solve the complexity of outbound and success tracking for our clients - we manage Outreach for our clients. We can quickly get new messaging rolling, and determine its success in 8-10 business days.

The amount of data that I can pull just from a dashboard. It's helped me personally and sharing with my reps the ability to streamline things is fantastic.

A slight disconnect of functionality on the account level, but it's nothing that you can't work around with only a few steps

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has allowed out sales team to work smarter. Outreach was able to standardize what "reaching out" meant. Outreach has given valuable time back to my sales team to focus on selling.

Outreach has made managing both our inbound and outbound lead flow easy
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to easily automate Outbound campaigns as well as allowing BDR's to quickly reply to inbound leads has been made easier by using Outreach. Management can quickly view reports to see what's working and what's not.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to complain about to be honest. They are quickly adding features - almost to the point where we can't keep up with all of them! The one thing we'd really benefit from is allowing leads from campaigns to be easily moved into an Outreach sequence. We go to a number of events and this would make following up with 1000's of leads really easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially we were looking for a platform our outbound activities. From there we've moved to helping manage our inbound leads and customer success initiatives.
It's like Outreach created more hours in the day
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach makes my job in customer support infinitely easier. Instead of having all my tasks sitting in my brain (to inevitably forget), Outreach does most of them for me. With sequences, I can trust that my customers are being supported and never feel forgotten. As a customer support rep, I want to be able to send genuinely meaningful check-ins to my customers, and Outreach lets me to that without sounding canned and copy/pasted.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was hesitant to try Outreach in my support department, but as soon as I tried it, I fell in love with the simplicity. There are a few small issues that come up in using Outreach as a support tool rather than a sales tool. The biggest pain is that we can't email other people with the same email address ending (@example.com). In support, we have to sequence employees out in the field about events, and having to stop in the middle of the process to send an SOS to Outreach support can be a productivity killer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to send support touches to customers after they begin using our products and up to and following events. I used to compose a new email for each of these for every single customer, and that took up so much of my time. Outreach makes it sooooo simple to make sure my customers feel supported with the click of a button -- it's unreal.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
At a startup, there aren't enough hours in the day to get everything done. Spending time typing emails is a waste. Outreach will free you up to do more to help your company grow while still being devoted to your customers.
Great product for streamlining and enhancing prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that my sales reps actually see it as a gift and not just another system that they have to learn for us to capture data
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once and a while the application hits a sticking point or starts running slow. Also, alot of the screens don't automatically refresh without you clicking the refresh button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using outreach to ensure that our messaging is tailored to the person that it is being sent to without having to have every sales rep know everything about every buyer just to get a meeting. Once we have traction the seller can devote time to doing a deep dive on the potential client.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have the resources available to develop the content. The system is only 10% as useful without thoughtful relevant sequences

The simplicity of Outreach has been good use for our newer employees and employees that need to reach out to customers right away. The tracking and sales force integration is also a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having the option to create more designed emails for marketing. We've had to use other services to make more custom, well designed emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to customers directly versus one giant email blast. The open rates from Outreach are generally higher, but click through rate is lower.
