Outreach streamlines the process
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach helps me stay on top of everyone I'm supposed to be contacting, AND I can have it set up to be doing things for me while I'm not even working.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I don't keep tabs on the sequences like I should- meaning, sometimes they keep going when they are supposed to stop. I'm 90% sure that's my own user error
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining the process, moving through leads and prospects quicker, preventing things from slipping through the cracks

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach blows away all the competitors with their Support Team. Their response rate, helpfulness, and cheerfulness with every question is incredible. Special shout out to Andrew Mewborn, Bobbi, and Gabe M. for helping us with all our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - Outreach has integrations with other companies for anything they can't provide themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralization of content, tracking of email clicks and customer communication. Highly recommend!

It allows for automation and the setup and implementation of drips. Great reporting and user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. We've been using it for two years now and it continues to get better.

The ability to touch more prospects, partners and clients in a well branded email. We maintain the integrity of our brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is getting more complex. So it is taking longer to onboard new hires and get the adoption.

The main business problems is giving our sales reps more time back in their day by automating some of the processes.
I have used Outreach for a couple of years and found it very helpful in reaching many clients

What do you like best about the product?
The friendly user face and organization of my client data are my favorite parts of the Outreach platform. The user face actually makes me excited to prospect (said no one ever?!). I log-on and see my clear daily tasks and efficiently execute.
What do you dislike about the product?
My one and only complaint is when Outreach changed the task bar from the right side to the left side. Change it back, please :)

What do you like best about the product?
The best part for me in my role is creating targeted sequences. I also like the ability to organize all of my activities into a single pane of glass.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to bounce the call feature over to an external phone system, it would be great if they had a direct integration with a power dialer or something else of that nature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass outreach. Our BDRs send out a lot if invites, the bulk compose allows us to do this with ease.

I like the integration with Gmail and the easy ability to add a contact to a template, drip, snippet.

The interface isn't super intuitive to me.

My workflow is a lot more efficient.

There are a lot of features and I don't always feel like i'm getting the most out of it since it is an expensive tool.
