I currently administer and manage the Outreach platform for our company's sales team
What do you like best about the product?
The automation it allows for reps, the ability for our reps and managers to be in one platform for many of their activities they log and complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
technical issues that arise and the difficulty we sometimes see with the uniqueness of our products we sell and how we sell them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and efficiency of many manual processes that our reps were previously managing in their workflows.
Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a hub that has all our contacts in one place and can manage our communications to our customers. Love that the process and support in outreach is top notch and they are always there to help you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there is no phone app. I feel with a bunch of our outside reps traveling it would make there work flow so much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have created a better streamlined effort to ensure our customers are not being bombarded with communications that are not relavant to them.
Transformational
What do you like best about the product?
Automates significant portion of sales workflow. Improves visibility to process adherence and performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little too SDR oriented (build out AE feature set). More object mapping for SF (i.e. campaign objects)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increase SDR/AE productivity and conversion rate. Visibility in to process adherence. Test and improve messaging. Still too early to measure improvements.
Awesome Email Outreach Software
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach's UI is extremely intuitive and very easy to navigate. It easy to build sequences and load contacts into them. Overall it's an excellent tool to utilize.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much to dislike. The tracking engine is a little basic but it serves its purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Outreach to sequence contacts and automate touchpoints. This frees up the Sales and CS teams to focus on other tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Although Outreach is a sales automation platform, i see it best as a time management tool for sales people.Scheduling calls, emails and tasks into the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
No reporting on opportunities created from sequences or revenue generated from sequences launched. I hear its on the way.

Outreach has helped automate much of my team's workflow. Especially around segmenting customers and having a centralized repository of frequently used responses.

What do you like best about the product?
Reporting and analytics to show the best time of day to call and email take all the guess work out of prospecting for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working for a security company, my reps are apprehensive of including links in our emails, which removes a lot of the insight into recipient behavior.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining business, making onboarding prescriptive, shrinking time to productivity for our SDR team.
Absolute Money Maker!
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach allows me to stay organized and crush my number. Their integration with Sendoso also allows me to be more human in my outreach.

Not really much. it is a great platform.

It helps our whole team stay on top of their prioritie.
Outreach has been paramount in building our business and enabling our Sales teams.

I like the integrations and partnerships that Outreach is creating with the Sales ecosystem. We have partnered with them and have had great support.

There is some noise in the UX, too many visual cues that distract from the main actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are needing to reach out to more people with the right messaging to build awareness around our software platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I helped implement this tool for our team and train them. The sequences have given our sales team members confidence that all the activities they are doing on a daily basis are the best activities and at the best timing for our customers. They no longer have to choose between different activities and make personal choices on what they think could get the best results.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time we only have one operations director to own building sequences and we are quickly learning that we need a team around this to regularly assess and make changes to the content and steps in our sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automated tasks have allowed our team to work with many more customers per day. The manual nature of our work previously caused our capacity to cap out, and we have now been able to increase our team's capacity.
