The Best Sales Engagement Platform In The Market
What do you like best about the product?
The integration between Outreach & Salesforce.
I've used most of the Sales Engagement Platforms in the market over the year (Salesloft, Outreach, ToutApp, YesWare, etc). Outreach surpasses all in the available integrations you can sync. The integration for Salesforce specifically gives you the ability to customize almost every aspect of what is being record in Salesforce. Unlike other tools, you can choose the formatting for how and what it logs to lead/contact records, polling updates, etc. Best I've seen yet.

What do you dislike about the product?
The internal reporting and analytics feature could be better, however, we log almost everything in Salesforce and build dashboards and reports there for more centralized reporting throughout our sales organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems being solved:
Activity tracking (Calls, emails, social media) - as sequences are built and ran they are automatically logged in salesforce.
Marketing alignment:
As inbound leads are created, they are automatically pulled into the correct Outreach sequence and the steps are automatically executed. This gives us the ability to follow up with prospects who interact with our content/marketing assets in a timely manner.
Benefits:
Productivity: The ability to remain task-oriented by completing tasks that are due each day via the 360 pane gives our reps the ability to focus on what's most important for the day.

Great email automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
The platform automates all of my email outreach, and provides a lot of information about metrics. Also has a great feature where you can pause outreach if your prospect is out of office.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are little areas where functionality isn't built out. For example sometimes I have trouble de-selection some of my leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating the process of sending out emails. I've been able to efficiently send out massive amounts of emails.
Account Executive
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how well Outreach kept me on task. Its easy to fall behind with reach outs or never follow up in general; Outreach takes that burden off your shoulders. It felt like I was working twice as hard since I had it working behind the scenes, sending emails for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the communication between Outreach and our CRM (Salesforce) did not work completely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It completely solved the issues of forgetting to follow up with prospects or being behind on tasks. It has made me a lot faster and more efficient with my job.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You won't regret purchasing Outreach - it is worth the investment.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Outreach helps me stay on top of my leads and stay organized with my calls/emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if this is an Outreach or Salesforce problem but I dont like how the contact/lead has to be in my name to send them an email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to contacts on all different levels (linkedin, calls, emails). Benefits are that everyone prefers a different form of communication.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
sends emails without the work and keeps you on task
A robust BDR software.

Outreach does an awesome job at simplifying and automating the biz dev process. It becomes nearly effortless and much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don’t have a major gripe. Minor tweaks could be made, but there aren’t any major misses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach significantly improves the follow up process when selling. It is much harder to miss follow up commitments.
Outreach is a very valuable and critical asset to me in my current sales position.

The Sequence functionality allows me to contact so many more potential clients as it works in the background while I perform other tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about Outreach

I book so many more meetings using Outreach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you would like to be successful in sales, then Outreach is for you!
Outreach is getting us where we need to go
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach has been a game changer for or SDR team. It enables the teams to automate their process and ensure the leads are being touched and gives management the visibility and analytics to monitor messaging. When we first rolled out Outreach we "gave the kids the keys to the Ferrari" and let the SDRs do whatever they thought was best.... turns out it wasn't and we easily fixed the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if its on our end or not but lead ownership issues causes a speedbump. Additionally I would like to see more robust training on the product via online training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Touches on leads and following up with prospects for the appropriate amount of time.
SDR Manager
What do you like best about the product?
The organization and reporting. It give the SDR managers a much better view of whats going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The granularity of reporting, hard to drill down to the specifics that I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring leads are properly followed through with
Recommendations to others considering the product:
take your time with enablement. Don't rush it.
Holy Productivity Batman!
What do you like best about the product?
Task lists have made my follow up consistent and reliable. My customers are never mad because they haven't heard from me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only cosmetic. With the release of Dark Mode on MacOS I would love to see this built in so I can clean up my windows to all look similar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My reach is like never before. I am able to work with more customers with out unintentionally leaving any behind. I am able to reach out to new customers and even follow up months later with my customers who aren't quite ready to work together. No one left behind.
Makes me life so much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Using Outreach is incredibly intuitive. Once you get through the learning phase, it is very easy to have my email campaigns running in the background and know that I am doing some prospecting even without having to actively be managing hundreds of emails. The fact that is automatically stops your sequences once a customer has replied makes it even better and makes me feel more comfortable that I am using a tool for connecting with a customer/prospect, and not something that is going to spam email unwanted messages to customers. Being able to see the number of times a customer has opened an email is also super helpful. That allows me to prioritize which customers to go after on a really busy day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a little bit for me to be comfortable with trusting a system to automatically email my customers, stop once they reply, keep track of their out of office and try again, etc. I had never used a system that automatically emailed before, but once I got past the nerves of trusting it, it was an incredibly helpful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach has undoubtedly helped me to uncover new prospects and build a lot of pipeline in my role. It is able to touch so many more prospects per day than I could on my own, and enables to me to follow up with the most interested prospects with valuables calls and warm intros.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think that Outreach would be an excellent tool to implement in any sales organization. As a brand new SDR, with very little experience, I attribute a lot of my success to Outreach. Without the data of who was opening my emails, I would have been a lot less comfortable hopping on the phone. Outreach made it more comfortable for me to give someone a call being able to reference the email I had sent, knowing they already reviewed it. It gave me a lot more confidence in my job.
