What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy it is to integrate through SalesForce, also how quickly and easily i can sequence and run through call/email tasks. I'm also a huge fan of the Linkedin integration, because i can send a connect request, message, or even save them to a lead list if you subscribe to Sales Nav, even though the integration isn't perfect, i'd say it's still a huge increase in productivty for someone who leverages Linkedin for finding leads/sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration through Linkedin could be a little better, it either disconnects or can't find the person i'm looking for. The boolean search leaves much to be desired in general for being click heavy. Every now and then, outreach will have an outage, just as any other tech company is vulnerable to. But their support team has always been super responsive to our team and is almost always aware of outages and working on a solution before we're even aware of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy way to make an simple workflow for your daily tasks while being able to prioritize high value targets. Haven't used many enablement platforms like outreach, but i have to say this has a pretty good and easy to understand interface. Another benefit is, if you're in new business, you can configure your outreach tasks page to give you relevant new/info from twitter, crunchbase, and different news sources. It works really well for an SDR or new business Account Executive role.

What do you like best about the product?
Outreach connects you to the people that want to talk to you faster. If you leave a voicemail, your sequence can ensure that a followup email occurs and reschedules the next call for another day,
What do you dislike about the product?
The outreach uploads need to meet specific criteria, if they are not met the upload will fail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are ensuring that we are reaching out to the right prospects that have previously reached out to us.

The ability to use pre-designed templates to send to prospects. That way we can control the messaging.

Not sure how the integration with Salesforce is going to work.

great tool for task management and outbound sales
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach is a great tool for managing an outbound sales org. I used it heavily as a Business Development Rep, and I now use it as an Account Manager. The most useful parts of the tool in my opinion are the templates, snippets, and sequences that are highly customizable. Helps automate manual tracking and emailing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit glitchy sometimes. The chrome extension conflicts with other extensions. The current BDR team claims that calls get dropped sometimes

How many team-members are you expecting to use outreach? How do you currently track your tasks / calls? How much time are you team-members spendings writing emails?

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it can organize and automate the sales process
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a mobile app that would sync with Salesforce. If any calls came to my cellphone or if I made calls from my cell phone, I'd like the app to recognize the number and log a call.

Outreach helps us reduce the peaks and valleys in our pipelines. It helps us be more efficient and analytical about our business.

It's the best product out there and they have the vision to keep it that way.

I love being able to see who opened my emails and how many times

How automatic reply kicks prospects out of my sequence. When that happens,I never know until I look at my salesforce.

Prospecting and strategic messaging. Making sure that i am on task and hitting people with the right amount of touches
Excellent communication platform
What do you like best about the product?
The outreach platform can be as easy or complex as its user base. If you want to simply call, text, email, sequence, and build templates it can do that. If you want to customize it into an automation machine with intricate triggers and rulesets, you can do that too. I love that the outreach platform and its team will help you every step of the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a little disappointed at how many times we have cycled through CSMs. I wish we had one person that knew our account and knew it well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is assisting our team in communicating at scale while testing that communication in an A/B format. It solves the problem of spending too much time writing, and not enough time selling.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about outreach is being able to opt people into sequences and not forget about them. The task feature makes it so I always complete my several touches on a prospect and won't forget.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside I have experienced is that the log call feature sometimes freezes when I am completely my call tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of not letting prospects off easily - always making sure that I'm at the top of their inbox and hopefully catching them on the phone.

Have a customer experience rep come in and train the team on how to best use the platform

Being able to make emails more personalized with snippets
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have an issue with Outreach touches syncing in Salesforce. I will try to re-sync the contact/lead and the page will keep loading but nothing will happen. I then have to close the window and open it again. I also have had issues connecting the RingDNA plugin with the Outreach dialer (this may not be a problem specifically related to Outreach but RingDNA is how we log our calls)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the volume of touches and increasing them, especially with emails. I've also realize the importance in organization and attention to detail with each lead and making sure both calls and emails are organized. Sequencing keeps you on track with lead touches on every prospect.
