What do you like best about the product?
I love using Outreach because it seamlessly connects with Nooks, creating a very smooth and easy experience for tracking my daily sales needs. The tool addresses a major issue of lack of visibility by making it super simple for us to keep everything organized. I appreciate the incredible integration Outreach has with Salesforce and Notes, as it connects smoothly with my whole tech stack, significantly enhancing efficiency. The setup process for Outreach is remarkably straightforward and user-friendly, making the transition incredibly easy. Overall, I genuinely believe Outreach is the best application of its kind, having seen many others but none compare.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Outreach can be clunky at times. Additionally, I believe the integration with Nooks could be improved. Specifically, it would be beneficial if it was better tailored to handle recent interactions, like dials or emails opened in the last ninety days, for streamlined follow-ups on good conversations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Outreach to streamline my sales process, reaching out to clients and tracking engagement effectively. It simplifies organization and solves visibility issues, making daily sales tasks smooth and efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Outreach streamlines the prospecting process by making it simple to create sequences within organizations. Its intuitive design allows me to learn where features are and how to utilize sequences efficiently, enhancing my ability to prospect strategically. The automation capabilities are invaluable, providing consistency in reaching out to contacts, which is critical for breaking into organizations. I am particularly impressed with the ability to import specific contact lists, as it allows me to maintain simplicity and relevance in my messaging on a larger scale without having to do it individually. This feature not only saves me a tremendously significant amount of time but also boosts my success rate by enabling me to track the effectiveness of my communication strategies. Furthermore, the initial setup of Outreach proved to be quite straightforward, allowing our team to quickly deploy and leverage it effectively. Linking Outreach to Gmail has been beneficial for monitoring prospects who have opted out, which enhances our communication management. Overall, my experience with Outreach is positive, and I would highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the actual sequences themselves didn't need to be approved by my admins. That process causes delays and adds extra steps to my workflow. I also think the process of building sequences could be streamlined to require fewer clicks, making it easier to construct them from scratch.

I use Outreach to automate task sequences, saving time and ensuring efficient, consistent outreach. It helps me strategically prospect, importing contact lists easily and boosting messaging success rates.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the calling facility in Outreach exceptionally valuable, as it enhances my ability to connect with clients efficiently. The feature that allows me to schedule emails is another aspect I truly enjoy, as it ensures timely outreach and communication with customers. This integration between calling and email functionalities is incredibly useful, as I can easily reference the sent emails during calls, providing a seamless workflow and enhancing my productivity. Additionally, the setup of Outreach is straightforward, thanks to its great user interface which simplifies the experience and makes the overall process much simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the absence of an automated dialogue feature in Outreach. This is really missing and would enhance the user experience by enabling smoother interactions with customers.

I use Outreach for sales outreach, making it easier to reach out to customers without much effort. It offers a great UI for easy setup and allows me to reference emails during calls, enhancing my communication efficiency.

Essential CRM for Seamless Prospecting and Integration

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great place to email and call prospects and put them into different sequences. Helps to keep track of all your contacts and if they open emails. Also like the linkedin option to directly connect with others through a link. I use it every day and it is the primary CRM I use. It integrates great with SalesForce and Linkedin. Very easy to use. Have not had to use customer support so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything I dislike about Outreach that I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of calls and also noting conversations. Also lets me know when a prospect has opened an email so I can follow up with them. Helps me get through the sequences seamlessly. I love the product and would recommend it wholeheartedly.

UI can be overwhelming. Integration issues, especially with CRMs or mailboxes, are often cited: syncing errors, duplicated contacts, broken mappings.

Task tracking, automating emails, seeing who opened emails, outreach to prospects, integrates well with salesforce and nooks

Great for Scheduling and Templates

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can create email templates + can act as a calendly when setting up meetings with prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the times that I try making a call, I get an application error which can make it frustrating when trying to call.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to sequence prospects from a saved list, and I appreciate being able to personalize messages for each prospect before sending them out.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lack of in-depth analytics when it comes to email performance, including aspects like sending and deliverability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If i had to manually send out emails it would be a diffucult task also outreach has emailing steps (follow ups ) which helps for nurturing engagement

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Outreach is an easy tool to navigate. I can see all my prospects and tasks in one place and make dials while simultaneously writing emails to other prospects. I also enjoy how my I can access Salesforce accts when I'm making a dial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more capabilities for automation in Outreach like a traditional email marketing platform like Pardot or HubSpot. More automations to send different emails at different times depending on if they open my email or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is allowing me to connect with prospects via email and via dialing. It's an all in one platform that has gotten me more connections and meetings. If I didn't have Outreach I would be doing all of this work manually.
