Can't imagine life without Outreach
What do you like best about the product?
The product was clearly designed by people who get sales and put themselves in the shoes of their users. My team lives in Outreach and it makes them sooooooo much more effective and efficient.
As a sales leader, I get full visibility into what's happening day in and day out and ensure my team is following our sales process and standards.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there isn't anything I can nitpick right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility/Tracking - it pushes all of our sales team's emails, calls, and meetings back into Salesforce automatically so the entire company can get real time data and better visibility into what's going on.
Efficiency - with sequences my team is able to reach out to 10x the number of prospects every single day as compared to what they were doing before Outreach.
Control - as an admin I can partner with marketing to design the templates and sequences to make sure everyone is speaking about our products and services the way we want them to.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation of campaigns through sequences
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel a little cluttered with window panes sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email tracking, campaign automation, pipeline management. Major increase in "successes" when prospecting and better conversion to opportunities
Overall good but has some shortcomings
What do you like best about the product?
Task management is easy and the user interface is very user friendly. I like that you have the ability to add multiple phone numbers for one prospect and mark whether the number is good or bad. Like the ability to see multiple email opens and to have a task auto generate when a prospect has engaged x number of times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had issues with the formatting of template emails when copying and pasting or moving text around within the email. It looks fine in outreach but when it sends to the prospect the text will sometimes be a different/color size and there doesn't seem to be a way to fix it without retyping everything.

Sequencing prospects through a variety of channels (emails, calls, linkedin tasks)

What do you like best about the product?
The area of Outreach that I like best is the ability to create email templates that become personalized when sending out.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes difficult to delete tasks in Outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach has enabled me to be quicker and more efficient in reaching out to prospects in particular with personalized emails.
The platform performs at a high level and is extremely innovative

That I am able to use Outreach to strategize for clients properly and make sure their accounts become successful

The filters can use a little more help. Also, the opt-out section should not have a limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping my accounts be successful and creating ROI for my clients.

I use outreach every single day. I have spent countless hours digging into all of its functions and capabilities. It can do so many things.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue I have encountered would be support. Some functions are confusing and many support folks have had a hard time explaining in depth what they do or how they would combine/affect other functions.

sending bulk emails and having good stats on them

Nothing - I used to do all my outreach manually and outreach has been a total gamechanger - I would reccomend it to anyone who wants to create pipeline

Outreach helps me generate pipeline at scale

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it keeps track of all my calls and e-mails I need to make. If I need to make give a customer a call/e-mail back multiple months from now, I can make a task right away in Outreach and it will remind me those months later so I don't need to worry about setting reminders on an alternative platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There tends to be technical issues that arise frequently company wide. My company has consistently had the issue of our calls logging in salesforce which is really important for us to be evaluated and measured by management, and this seems to be a frequent issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems of disorganization or inconsistency across the sales team. I never forget to make a follow up task and never forget to follow-up with a customer when they asked me to. Very beneficial to those who have a large amount of customers they are contacting every day and needs a way to stay organized with follow-ups.

I like how simple it is to use! Training was quick and easy, no need to waste time figuring out how to use the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I dislike about it so far.

Outreach is helping better engage with our qualified leads in a timely and relevant manner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not look any further. Outreach will give you the ability to take care of all outbound activities needed to prospect effectively.

sometimes the system lags and i have to refresh, would expect this with any system
