Powerful marketing automation
What do you like best about the product?
Outreach offers me a huge help in dealing with B2B marketing automation and lead management processes with higher efficiencies. Apart from this I really love its marketing and sales features that help me in deploying and handling my issues and also to make my company’s revenue and also to improve its efficiencies to a greater extent. Overall its Customer support is also providing efficient services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its steep learning curve and intuitiveness is very poor and it took a long time to seek out what things are where. There are certain limitations within automation rules for several variable updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dozens of features that it provides few of them are my most favorite because they support me in any type of condition like it gives relevant insights from the CRM data from which I can easily build intelligent and more targeted campaigns. Also I can make these campaigns more effective in creating new leads and speeding up my sales cycle. Moreover, this platform enables me to create the exact customer experience that I want through flexible and powerful software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Outreach is best designed for those companies which want to interact with multiple sources out on different levels and to an array of individuals. The reporting systems of this software have unparalleled ability to plan several campaigns within the program.
Makes contact with prospects a walk in the park.
What do you like best about the product?
i can set up a sequence for a prospect and not feel like they won't slip through the cracks. What probably a big game changer is being able to see when your email has been opened, in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to have a contact in the upload to set the prospect into a sequence. There may be something that I'm missing when uploading the CSV, which would sound about right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes bulk uploads are a hassle but it may be a user error. Other than that, hard to think of something I have a problem with using Outreach,
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Not only is it great for tracking calls and emails but it is wonderful to help keep your day planned out and keep you on track.
Great application
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about outreach is that it is always running in the background. It acts in a way that almost allows me to fully SDR myself so I can focus on closing deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have some troubles with the integration with Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using outreach to auto send out emails to prospective clients for meetings.
Good solution, easy to use in all ways, but the reporting could be a lot better
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of sequence creation and content collaboration. I also really like the chrome extension to help me make calls when I'm inside Salesforce or other systems a like.
What do you dislike about the product?
reporting on specific things is very hard to do. The reporting feature, in general, doesn't provide much insight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maximizing my reach when outbounding. It's also a great tool to use as an autodialer since its an extension inside of Salesforce as it logs calls and emails the moment you send them.
I take a more personalized approach in my outreach to prospects but I wouldn't be nearly as successful in booking new meetings if it wasn't for Outreach's ability to send out hundreds of emails at once that have a somewhat personalization feel.
I don't utilize all the functionality for personalization so I'm sure I could even maximize what I'm already doing.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it's pretty obvious that there are two solutions you should consider when looking for Sales Automation/Enablement solutions like Outreach - I'd recommend getting Outreach or Salesloft.
However, there are some smaller players that are up and coming that I don't know much about.

Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Sequences are easy to build out / replicate / share amongst our team(s), the dialer is generally pretty reliable, task management is simple, syncing up prospects to/from Salesforce is simple, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a pretty long time to hear back from their support team regarding any specific inquiries...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our SDRs live inside of Outreach... Calls/emails/tasks/sequences/prospects are all managed directly through the tool.
Outreach for prospecting at scale
What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE the templates, sequences and snippets in our gmail. Also, that I can tag each contact/account in order to segment prospects later according to their tag.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is zero support except for an email. Typically email support gets back to me with additional questions that have nothing to do with my clearly stated issue in the first place and it's about 24-48 hour back and forth response time. F for fail in the support category.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy, quick access to templates and the ability to see when recipients have opened and viewed my email (although this is about 60% reliable, it does help).
Intuitive but needs work
What do you like best about the product?
Love that you can personalize prospect profile layout, customize sequences, and enter all relevant data for each prospect. Also really appreciate how many reports you can pull to keep track of how many calls are being made, how many emails, connect rate, reply rate, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outreach has burned many many bridges for me with prospects due to the system being so buggy and dropping my calls! It can be deeply infuriating and difficult because the software should exist to make my life easier not worse. On many occasions, Outreach has caused me an insane amount of stress because the system was not working the way it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Am increasing my activity in reaching out to prospects, have seen benefits in connect rates and booking demos thanks to the intuitive platform and all the analytics.
Outreach: Organization and Sales
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy that Outreach helps me to keep my sales cycle and timelines put together in an organized fashion. No matter what your product or service is, it's helpful when making a conscious and strategic effort in reaching out for sales. The fact that it integrates with our SalesForce CRM is great as well because it's seamless and quick and will log all activity under both platforms. Further, I especially enjoy the feature with emails.
What this feature allows for is insight as to when it's opened, how many times the email is opened, where it has been opened (especially helpful when selling to companies who travel for business) and it will even tell you whether the email was opened on a computer or mobile device! It really has been game changing for my sales process.

What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, I think there are some occasions where the program (which is designed to automate some of our sales processes) won't recognize when we've shut off a sequence or an automatic outreach and unfortunately that sometimes makes things awkward.
For example, say I've managed to make contact with a decision maker and have then scheduled a meeting with them. I go and turn off the sequence however it continues to send out an email that may seem irrelevant to the POC because we're already planning on speaking at a later date. It seems that the tech sometimes lags or doesn't recognize to not send out an auto populated email. That's mostly it though.

I'm able to maintain an organized and strategic approach in my sales cycle. It helps me remember when to reach out to some folks as well as being able to put them in sequences that scientifically let me know the chances of getting a specific persona on the phone or to receive a reply in emails.
It also allows you to filter your prospects by their engagement level. Say someone has opened an email 4 times in the past hour but it was an email from a month ago or something of the sort, when I filter my prospects in this regard and I see this, that tells me to give them a call or send them another email as I'm more likely to gain their attention as they look at my previous email. They're thinking about me at that moment in time so it's time to reach out!

Best mail tracking app
What do you like best about the product?
How versatile it is, and the integrations between my other systems. The templates for meetings, email tracking, and engagement tracker are key to my sales process now. Also running sequences is huge for drip marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to track the same lead, if it is in a different sequence (Especially if I don't own that sequence) sometimes the lead can get lost. Also would be awesome to download the previous sequence history when moving a lead to another--although this could be fairly hard to do in a good, visually pleasing format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email drip marketing, client tracking for engagement, sequencing outbound marketing campaigns, followup for trade show attendee lists, general email tracking, meeting templates, list management and lead management--many more though.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it. Your sales will increase. Work smarter, not harder.
The best Sales Engagement Tool in town
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless Integrations with multiple third-party tools like Zoominfo, Salesforce, etc.
Ability to track email opens, clicks, etc. It even tells you how many times a prospect has viewed the email.
Awesome integration with LinkedIn, which allows you to connect from within the platform.
The tool is unbelievably fantastic. If we get an out of office reply, it tracks that date as well and pauses the sequence.
When setting up cadences, it shows you a real-time view of emails.

Nothing. The tool is just fantastic. As of now, there is nothing to improve
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking email opens and clicks, efficient integration between Zoominfo, LinkedIn and Salesforce. email cadences are just fantastic and AI is very efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I was using Freshsales earlier in my previous organization. I started using Outreach.io after moving to this company. I am blown away by this. It gives you the ability to track email opens, clicks, etc. It even shows how many times a person has opened the email. If you get Out of Office reply, it even tracks the date and pauses the sequence. This tool is a must-have for any sales team. You can also track emails in real-time view while setting up cadences. This is a fantastic option because you can see how it will look in prospects laptop/mobile.
