I currently don't use the platform but attended a conference where I saw the platform demoed

Even though the product is marketed as modular. It was clear from the demo that to get the most out of it you need to adopt all the modules

I like Harness Modules like CD, FEature Flag and Chaos Engineering. It is having more inbuilt feature or plugin to integrate or work with many DevOps tools

Documentation part. It has many scope to improve

It is providing a single deployment platform to deploy application across the infra ( on -prem and clouds)

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing workflow UI that also translates easily to pipeline as code, allowing "DevOps for DevOps." Other components in the multi-product suite integrate well. It is an excellent enabler for engineering teams looks to increase developer self-service capabilities.

Nothing major stands out. Am excited to see the newer AI capabilities.

Makes it easy to adopt industry standard CD and overall software delivery practices for all of our technology teams.
