Great tool for efficient and reliable tracking
What do you like best about the product?
- Source and destinations easy to set up and manage, with a great interfaces and useful features to easily access the information you need.
- Great transformation layer with many possibilities, from simple to much complex strategies.
- Integrate with all popular tools
- Great team, super reachable thanks to the dedicated Slack channel.

What do you dislike about the product?
Still missing alerting and analytics features .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rudderstack allows us to implement and maintain efficient In-Product tracking through multiple apps.
Very functional platform but takes a some study to use it

1. Pretty much retl destinations
2.Team is professional and I like that we have a slack team to communicate, it would be much more effcient than email
3. The product design is concise and I can see that features are constantly being added to enhance the user experience

What do you dislike about the product?
1. I think some of the guides on the official websites are not comprehensive enough, and there are some important details that are not written out
2. Some technical background is required for the operator, takes time to learn for tradition marketing operator

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. id stitchind would be a key and most important feature for us, as we are using mutiple platforms, we really need to stitch the ids together and have a 360 view of customer. Also as 3rd party cookies being disabled, we need a more relaible id.
2. retl: make sure our platforms are sharing the same data source. We are also planning on passing ML results using the retl function of rudderstack to further enpower our personalization

What do you like best about the product?
Good number of sources and destinations available, solid transformation layer and brilliant support

A more expansive transformation pipeline would be great.

What do you like best about the product?
The RudderStack products is a cost effective alternative to Segment. The team at Rudderstack is phenomenal and has been a great partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
RudderStack is a newer platform so doesn't have the number of capabilities that you'd get with an alternative platform. They're closing the gap on this quickly though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rudderstack makes it easy for us to route our Ecommerce events to various analytics and ad platforms. It saves us a ton of time and effort while giving us a reliable data network.
Convenient to use, great support.
What do you like best about the product?
Rudderstack has great documentation that allowed me to ramp up pretty quick in order to do what I needed. Their support is also fast at responding, knowledgable and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to re-run events without reaching out to support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RudderStack allows me to move data between various sources without making extremely custom solutions. Rudderstack also helps me easily report on that data by getting it back into our datalake.

Rudderstack helped bring our data stack to life
What do you like best about the product?
Having Rudderstack onboard as our destination of choice for product events has made a massive difference to our velocity as a data team.
Rudderstack's simple transforms meant we never needed to write more than 20 lines of code to get a source or destination online. Its simple interface also let us easily see our entire data architecture at a glance. Rudderstack also allows you to enable and disable sources and destinations in a no-mess way. We avoided outages while migrating, which is rare with a migration project of this size.
In addition, the Rudderstack team have been massively helpful in getting us online and providing support for our (sometimes outlandish) data requirements. Thanks folks!

What do you dislike about the product?
We're keen to see more automation of deploys to Rudderstack and more full-featured connectors to some destinations: Rudderstack is great for the happy path, but sometimes more obscure features of destinations aren't available. But overall very happy!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We collect millions of a events a day from our products and need to push them to destinations (e.g. Mixpanel, Snowflake) with completely different data shape requirements. Rudderstack does a wonderful job of making most of that complexity completely disappear.

What do you like best about the product?
Rudderstack Transformations, they are extremely convenient with build a pipeline and making transformations on the fly. The analytics tab of active pipelines are quite good as well.
I can't compare it to competitors as I haven't used a service like Rudderstack in the past, but the user interface and customer support is quite good.

You lack control over how certain objects are stored especially if you're storing to a place like AWS.

Intuitive to setup and use.
What do you like best about the product?
Turn key connections are my favorite feature. Using out-of-the-box sources is also very useful as it cuts down our integration development for Rudderstack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some custom integrations require custom development, if we could get a more flushed-out event management for custom events, that would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rudderstack is helping us project and map out our future data gathering plans for the company and showing us a proper road-map on where we should be heading in the future.
Fantastic customer service & Easy integration setup
What do you like best about the product?
Significantly cheaper than competitors, same core features, much more personalized help (we'll need to implement a data warehouse eventually anyways 👍)

Still missing a couple key tools in our data stack but expanding rapidly
