What do you like best about the product?
Labra has been a true partner in our cloud journey. The platform is easy to use, with almost no learning curve, which helped us move fast as first-time participants in a partner program. Their customer support has been outstanding—always responsive and helpful. We listed on AWS Marketplace within weeks and started co-selling shortly after. If you’re an ISV looking for a simple, well-supported path to cloud partnerships, Labra is a no-brainer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any issues with them so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to reach AWS enterprise customers through co-sell and Marketplace but lacked the know-how and bandwidth. That changed after our first call with Labra. Their team, process, and easy-to-use platform made the entire cloud GTM journey smooth. We’re excited to keep growing with them across more marketplaces and co-sell programs.

Great Software for as an ISV
What do you like best about the product?
Labra makes our job much easier, taking deals and pushing them through SF and AWS for both offers and referrals in both directions, which has streamlined our workflow. Labra goes the extra mile to help with great customer service and they have ensured that we are set up to succeed. We were able to get up quickly and now use this every day. When an important update was required they reached out to me and assisted with the integration task and ensuring the update was working. When I needed to make changes to make it go live, they also handled it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to mention -- I have not come across anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows the Sales team to directly track and update AWS opps without having to leave SF or train them on something new or different. We all know how much AEs love to learn new software.
Seamless CRM integration streamlines co-selling and partner initiatives
What do you like best about the product?
Labra.io saves me significant time. Before, it was very time-consuming to keep opportunities accurate. Now sales reps make those updates themselves. It’s more streamlined and efficient with greater accuracy, and I can spend more time on other things!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had issues with updated fields not syncing correctly between CRM platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Labra, it was extremely challenging to sync with our partner on all of our open opportunities. Often, opportunities slipped through the cracks or the updates were outdated. Now, with our CRM integration, our opportunities sync automatically between platforms so we can stay on top of our go-to-market strategies.
