Solid and highly customized cloud GTM automation, with best in class support
What do you like best about the product?
We started with AWS and are hoping to expand to other cloud providers. As a company we made a strategic bet on our alliance with AWS, and needed to scale quickly. Our initial vendor wasn't the best suited to match our own GTM pace. Migrating to Labra has enabled us to save a ton of manual work. Opportunity sharing with AWS's PRM is entirely automated and synced with our pipeline, and marketplace operations are streamlined directly from our CRM. This also allows us to effortlessly involve all parts of the organization to contribute to the partnership effort, from Sales to Finance.
What do you dislike about the product?
CRM integration, by design, requires involving RevOps and committed support, but that's normal and expected.

Labra has been great for us to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Labra's integration with Salesforce allows easy telemetry between Salesforce and Marketplace

When creating offers there should be a drop down to search dimenstions.

The Labara team was incredibly efficient and friendly. They supported us throughout the entire implementation process and were productive every step of the way. Their assistance and dedication made the experience smooth and successful.

New Review: Now they have a listing on SF Appexchange marketplace
Old review: I was disappointed to find they don’t have an app on Salesforce's AppExchange. I hope to see this feature available soon, as it would add even more convenience to their service.

Integration with ACE and creation of a Private Offer on the Marketplace
They did what looked like the impossible in record time

Their staff are brilliant and attentive. Their platform is muhc easier to navigate than AWS Marketplace and other similar offerings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet! I wish they could further automate some of the trickier steps in setting up AWS Marketplace, like stripping out punctuation etc...

We would never have had the staff and expertise to setup a marketplace presence this fast without Labra.io

What do you like best about the product?
Labra's UI is very easy to understand, navigate and use. Customer support is also very responsive and ready to help when needed. Labra was also very easy integrate into our Saas platform and our team uses it virtually every day.

The oppty sharing sync works simply. We appreciate the support navigating ever changing AWS processes

Slightly disconnected ACE + MP processes (though this probably stems from AWS systems themselves)

Great Software for as an ISV
What do you like best about the product?
Labra makes our job much easier, taking deals and pushing them through SF and AWS for both offers and referrals in both directions, which has streamlined our workflow. Labra goes the extra mile to help with great customer service and they have ensured that we are set up to succeed. We were able to get up quickly and now use this every day. When an important update was required they reached out to me and assisted with the integration task and ensuring the update was working. When I needed to make changes to make it go live, they also handled it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to mention -- I have not come across anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows the Sales team to directly track and update AWS opps without having to leave SF or train them on something new or different. We all know how much AEs love to learn new software.
