Labra - A great partner to get on the marketplace
What do you like best about the product?
The Labra team made the onboarding process seamless and easy to follow. They also found credit for us to leverage w/ AWS. They were responsive and having evaluated 3 different vendors, I left our discovery calls feeling most informed from my conversations with Labra.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints about working with Labra, our initial submission to AWS was rejected but Labra was able to quickly help us resolve why because of some specific language that we had submitted that wasn't allowed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting customers to be able to use their AWS credits as we grow our business.
Exceptional onboarding support for AWS Marketplace container listing
What do you like best about the product?
Labra combines a strong platform with an even stronger team. From day one, we felt fully supported. Parvathi, our Customer Success Manager, was incredibly proactive and ensured we were never left waiting. The onboarding journey can be long and complicated, especially for container products, but Labra’s team gave us clear instructions and full context at every step. Their support turned a complex AWS process into a smooth one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. It’s rare to find a product and a team that deliver so consistently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to get our container-based product listed on AWS Marketplace, a process known to be tedious. Labra not only provided a user-friendly platform to manage the listing but also delivered continuous human support. Without their involvement, it would’ve taken us much longer and required more internal effort. Thanks to Labra, we’re now live, and would absolutely recommend them to any container ISVs considering AWS Marketplace.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Labra is how hands-on and responsive the team is, especially during tricky container onboarding workflows. Our AWS Marketplace onboarding involved several blockers, but Labra's team, particularly Ashok on the technical front, walked us through every hurdle. Their guided onboarding and clear instructions turned what could have been a painful process into a streamlined and structured experience. The platform itself is intuitive, with everything we need to manage our listing in one comprehensive and user-friendly space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not much. Labra helped us navigate the strict requirements AWS has for containers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Labra helped us list our managed container product on AWS Marketplace. Without their support, the entire process would have been significantly more difficult and time-consuming. Their guidance meant we didn’t waste time going in circles with AWS. We now have full visibility into our listing's performance and lifecycle via Labra, and that’s a huge win. If you're a container ISV trying to get listed on AWS, I’d highly recommend Labra.

What do you like best about the product?
Since our initial onboarding call with Labra, we’ve seen the team be supportive and approachable while providing us with industry expertise and helping us navigate the challenging cloud partnership landscape. It was the first time our company was entering into a partner program, and we needed all the help we could get.
The AWS marketplace onboarding using Labra took just a few weeks and we were co-selling in no time. Initially, we didn’t get sufficient volumes of partner-generated opportunities, but as we shared more with AWS, we saw an increased interest and better response from the AWS sales teams.
Labra.io is a must-have for any ISV looking to boost co-selling efforts and maximize opportunities for success. Their integration-first approach and emphasis on automation makes the whole process streamlined and the end-to-end support they provide helped us scale our operations effortlessly.

Nothing yet. Our teams love and have benefitted from the latest innovations from Labra. We’d only ask for more automation and faster iteration of new features that benefit our teams!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we had was we wanted to tap into enterprise customers on AWS through co-sell and marketplace but did not have the know-how or the bandwidth to do so. All this changed with the first call we had with Labra. Their team, process, and product all work hand-in-hand to help us in our cloud GTM journey.

I use Labra every day and don't have a single complaint! The product and the support staff are amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about Labra.io.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Labra to connect our Salesforce with ACE. Labra has made my job way easier to communicate between the two systems.

Number of Labra updates do not match our update schedule. I cannot fault Labra for this.

What do you like best about the product?
The CRM integrations to upload opportunities are great and the team helped us get through this integration nice and quick. A quick shout out to Yash and Pawan in helping us out.

The integrations are getting better but have scope for improvement.

Integrating AWS and GCP Marketplace listings to our SaaS product.
Critical tool for operationalizing AWS Marketplace
What do you like best about the product?
Labra helps us manage our AWS Marketplace listing effectively, as well as automate our GTM funnel so our sales team can work in lockstep with AWS.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only limitations we have found with Labra is where AWS has internal policy or process gates that Labra cannot help us automate around. In these cases, the Labra team has always been helpful working with us manually to overcome AWS' challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating our AWS MPPO/CPPO motion and helping elevate our AWS partnership.
