Seamless marketplace listing setup with outstanding support
What do you like best about the product?
Labra made setting up our AWS and GCP marketplace listings incredibly straightforward, even with me operating as a team of one. Their team was personable, proactive, and highly knowledgeable, guiding me through every step of the process. The tools and workflow were intuitive, making what could have been a complex and time-consuming task feel easy and well-organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’ve just launched our listings, so I can’t yet speak to the sales impact. I look forward to seeing more insights and results as we gain traction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Labra removed the complexity and guesswork from launching marketplace listings on AWS and GCP. Instead of spending weeks learning each platform’s requirements and processes, I was able to get fully listed quickly with their guidance, AWS in a matter of a week. This saved significant time, reduced risk of errors, and allowed me to focus on other priorities while still expanding our distribution channels.

Labra transformed how I worked with AWS. By eliminating the manual process and learning complexities, they have provided a simple solution to automate Co-sell and Marketplace transactions right from Salesforce environments.

Initially, the struggle was getting opportunities entered into ACE. It was a taxing, manual process that was time-consuming and reduces team productivity. Labra solves this problem on day one with CRM integration and automated workflows. They help seamlessly manage co-sell and marketplace selling with channel partners on AWS.

What do you like best about the product?
Labra's onboarding saves us a ton of time by streamlining the listing process and making selling automated. Labra helped us meet the Hyperscalers' compliance, technical, and integration requirements without needing to involve multiple internal teams or spend valuable hours digging through documentation.
Their team is easily accessible, very prompt in their responses, and resourceful in guiding us through a convoluted process. Listing on the Cloud Marketplace in just a few days is something we could’ve only dreamt of without Labra.

What do you like best about the product?
Labra’s team has been great to work with since the beginning. Onboarding is straightforward; they were able to customize as per our needs, and their product was one of the few in the market that met our strict compliance needs.
There are plenty of automations available within Labra, making the co-sell, marketplace, and reseller management smooth. Our team has been able to prioritize new accounts, increase productivity, thanks to the time they got back after we implemented Labra’s.
Their customer success and product teams are always by our side and understand our goals, letting us focus more on our AWS GTM strategy.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes syncing opportunities can fail, but not because of Labra's error; it is caused mostly by the Cloud providers' system, but the Labra team is quick to respond when we have any issue or help working with the Cloud providers' team to resolve them, even though it was not their fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Labra has helped us keep pace with the latest AWS capabilities like linking offers and opportunities, adding Buy with AWS to our website, and many more! This helps us stay ahead of the competition and continue building a strong partnership with AWS.

Their products work even better than advertised, and the team is excellent at helping us with resolutions. Thanks to Labra, we’ve been able to integrate Marketplace, Co-sell, and Reseller operations, all into our CRM!

Labra has been critical to our operational success and scale as it relates to Amazon Web Services. The customization ability and support from their team allowed for us to work around our unique settings and build something that works. At the moment, I do not have any dislikes for what I use from Labra.

Fast AWS Onboarding and Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
Labra's product was very easy to use and it shortened our listing approval on the AWS Marketplace. The support from the Customer Success team was amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform will say locked by another user of someone on your team is making edits. A bit annoying but not a deal breaker. I'm not sure if co-editing is on the roadmap but would be a nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Labra enabled our organization to get listed on the AWS Marketplace way faster than if we did it on our own. Their teams knowledge helped us make edits to our listing and we got approved within 24 hours of submitting the listing to AWS for approval.
Reliable platform for Cloud Co-selling and Marketplace.
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Labra’s Salesforce CRM Application for over two years now, and it provides exactly what we want the way we want it. Our teams can manage the complete Cloud Co-sell process without ever having to leave our Salesforce CRM, and it saves us plenty of time. Their support team is truly an asset to have by our side; they've helped us reshape our Cloud business and boost revenue with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
None, but the speed with which they bring new capabilities, sometimes we need to catch up with them. It is a good problem to have, though.

While Labra delivers significant value in simplifying Cloud GTM motions, there are a few areas where continued enhancements would make the experience even stronger. That said, the team has been highly responsive to feedback, and it’s clear that the platform is evolving rapidly based on user input.

Labra is addressing one of the most complex challenges in cloud commerce: streamlining the Go-To-Market process across hyperscaler marketplaces like AWS and Azure. Traditionally, listing products, managing co-sell motions, and tracking pipeline progress with cloud providers required significant manual effort, lacked visibility, and created operational bottlenecks. Labra solves this by automating marketplace listings, simplifying co-sell collaboration, and providing a unified view of cloud revenue opportunities. This has directly benefited us by accelerating deal velocity, improving alignment with cloud partners, and enabling our teams to focus more on strategic growth rather than administrative tasks.
