Has been the best we've used thus far
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely reliable and very user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
Aesthetics seem a little outdated, but that is secondary to functionality

reduction of irrelevant data

The setup is very easy and maintaining it is the same. Kind of like a set it and forget it type of thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have is that the UI of the recovery of items that have been backed up is a little tedious and can be time consuming trying to filter out exactly what you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backing up our O365 data is crucial for us to be able to recover items from several years ago that may have gotten lost during a recent change where data might have gotten lost.
Easy to use and very accurate
What do you like best about the product?
it's easy to allow trusted users to not get flagged and to retrieve emails that were flagged but are legitimate, it's also very accurate with the items it does filter. we are set to receive hourly notifications in the event of a filtered email. it was very simple to integrate with outlook.
What do you dislike about the product?
the portal could be more user friendly but once you learn to use it, it works great

we no longer worry about our users opening suspisious emails since they are filtered.
Reliable and Robust Email Security Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Barracuda's Cloud-to-Cloud backup is incredibly efficient and user-friendly. The setup process is straightforward, and the interface is intuitive, making it easy to manage backups and restores. We particularly appreciate the comprehensive protection it offers against spam, viruses, phishing, and other email threats. The advanced threat protection and real-time updates ensure that our email security is always up to date
What do you dislike about the product?
While the overall performance is impressive, there are a few areas that could be improved. The log retention period is limited to 60 days, which can be restrictive for organizations that need longer retention for compliance purposes. Additionally, the user count limitations and associated costs for exceeding the user threshold can be a bit frustrating but my company is paying for it so I will yield.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
has been a lifesaver for our organization, particularly when it comes to protecting our Microsoft OneDrive and Outlook data. One of the recurring issues we face is users accidentally deleting important files and emails. With Barracuda's solution, we can easily recover this data without any hassle.
Set it and forget it
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup and low maintenance. Gives a nice peace of mind for alternate backup location.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of an issue. Give you extra place to keep a backup of your O365 tenant
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud to cloud backup is something a lot of people (including me) do not think of when using a SAAS solution. This gives you another backup of your SAAS platform that is independent of the vendor's infrastructure
Peace of mind
What do you like best about the product?
The setup with MS365 was very simple with only a few clicks. Testing and reporting are fairly straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI isn't the cleanest and even after taking the Barracuda Campus classes, it took a few tries to find the options/settings I was looking for. Nothing extreme, just not where I intuitively thought they would be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data retention, especially in a field that has strict requirements, is very important. Cloud-to-Cloud keeps working in the background without issue and testing has shown the ease of recovering if we ever needed to.

a bit on the slow side, when you force the sync, it can take a long time

we had to restore some sharepoint data and was able to use this product to accomplish that
Excellent Product
What do you like best about the product?
This has saved us money and time with user off boarding and finding items that are missing from folks mailboxes etc. and the Azure backup has been a blessing too Customer service is always helpful and it was really easy to implement.

Nothing it is simple and easy to use for anyone

It has solved us using 2 different on premise software solutions that were allowing us to backup users OneDrive, Email, and Teams now I can do this all in one portal and it is simple and easy to use it even has a catealog of the files it is backing up to make it easier for other to figure out if they need that backup or not, it has also allow us to streamline off boarding. and has help with cyber related inquires

Backing up our Microsoft environment and giving us multiple points of restoration.
good, easy to use, but slow restoration if user have big mailbox

slow restoration, restore a 40GB mailbox take 2 days

need to recreate an account for user, this feature help to restore the whole mailbox, doesnt need other archive solution
