Barracuda Cloud to Cloud Backup - My experience
What do you like best about the product?
Confidence in knowing that our Data is protected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Portal is very disappointing after 3 years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For over 3 years I have been told the Cloud-to-Cloud Admin portal was being redesigned to make it more user-friendly and professional. 2025 and no word from Barracuda or any account manager. Last correspondence from our account manager was March 2023. Frustrating.
Easy Backup Solution
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy and I don't have to think about it. I'll get notified if there's ever an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications about issues do not include a link to login.

Ensuring our data is backed up in cas we need it.

What do you like best about the product?
We have used barracuda for our own cloud backups as an MSP and have moved many clients over to these backups as well
What do you dislike about the product?
The Barracuda team communication could use some adjusting internally as it has had moments of confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring that accurate backups are happening within our environment and clients environments as well
The cloud to cloud backup has come in handy so many times
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to view older emails or emails from users who are no longer with the company. The search functionality is among the best I've seen when sifting through over a TB of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit slow to recover what you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a way to view older emails that have been lost or deleted. I have used it on countless occasions to find what someone needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use in the dashboard. Restores options. Best customer support. Integration with O365.

Better search options or filters. More visibility into the backup/restore

Restoring of Mailboxes and OneDrive data after the retention period.
Using Barracuda Clould to Cloud for over 5 years
What do you like best about the product?
Once Barracuda Cloud to Cloud is configured, it continues hands free and operates seamless
What do you dislike about the product?
The restore feature is awkward. However the back-up data is searchable and can be recovered easily
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hands free operation. Basic monitoring is completed daily. Recovery testing is completed weekly.
Extremely Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I never have issues with the back-up. I can easily access the data and recover it directly or by downloading the file.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Cloud Online Website can be slow to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backing up emails that often make email boxes to big to save.
Cloud 2 Cloud backup is 2 Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, little to no downtime, important backups for security
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I can say. The interface always takes me a few minutes to re-adjust and remember how to find and complete a backup but normally doesn't take me longer than 10-15 minutes to find what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backuping up lost one note's from employees who left the company and after their account is deleted, the teams channel with that employees notes for a current active project is removed. This is an easy way to back that up, as well as tampering of deleted data by departing employee.
A breeze to setup
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to setup and having all my cloud to cloud backups in one location helps, integrates with no issues

The restore from cloud process is not clear
